 It'S a it's a brewer that they make called the porigami um, it's a really incredibly portable brewer. That literally fits in your pocket, and i guess designed for sort of camping scenarios or when you want to brew coffee on the road and you don't have to take a whole lot of gear with you. So it's pretty light. It comes in this little pouch and it's quite a clever design

 You'Ve got three little panels here, made of a powder coated, stainless steel, and you can also fit in a folded filter paper in the case rather than a collapsible brewer or something that's already assembled. You just have to slot it together to make the brewing cone that will hold your filter paper. What'S quite nice with the origami is you've got these little grooves on the bottom. So if you're brewing on a slightly unleveled surface, it's not going to slide off thanks to the little design feature of these grooves

 So it's pretty light. It comes in this little pouch and it's quite a clever design.  What'S quite nice with the origami is you've got these little grooves on the bottom. When you're brewing pour over coffee with a nicely roasted coffee, you want to probably use boiling water or as close to boiling as possible. So throw your kettle on your campfire stove, get it nice and hot

MiiR Pourigami: The World's Smallest Travel Brewer?

Durable and folds into a small package, but sort of ridiculously heavy for camping. Nice that it isn't some toxic plastic, but seems it could be thinner metal. Certainly not something you'd add to your backpacking gear.

Heavy, but packs well

 We also want to make sure that we don't pour too high up on the sides of the filter, because you can cause some some structural weakness there during the brew. We'Re gon na try to keep our water level below the top of this brewer, not up to the top of the filter, because it's really easy for this to fall over and then your slurry dumps everywhere. So, let's dump our rinse water, i'm gon na. Add our 20 grams of medium, coarse, ground, coffee and a big tip that i like to give here for this brewery is to create a small divot at the center of the grounds

 Let'S talk a little bit more about the characteristics of this brewer. The porigami was designed to be a really great brewer on the go, and it does it very very well. This thing kicks ass, one of the biggest things is just how durable it is whenever i'm traveling and i decide to bring coffee beer with me, i'm really worried about breaking it because most of it is either made of glass or ceramic very delicate materials. This is not at all an issue with the porigano

This is not at all an issue with the porigano. Not only is this brewer really tough and durable, it's super super consistent. This is by far one of the most delicious travel brews that i've ever had
