An enormous range of fit adjustments and a 350-pound weight capacity also means that it should work for most users. It comes equipped with a WiFi and Bluetooth-enabled 21.5-inch swiveling HD touchscreen that can be oriented however you like for on and off-the-bike workouts using the OpenFit app. OpenFit has a good selection of studio-style cycling workouts with all the ride types, lengths, and music genres to choose from, all of which are based on heart rate zones using the included Polar heart rate armband. The app also has a huge selection of off-bike workouts ranging from strength training and pilates to yoga and meditation, and the Plus version we tested comes with a set of 6 dumbells &#40;you choose between light, medium, and heavy&#41;, a kettlebell, a bike mat, exercise mat, foam roller, and a resistance band so you can follow along and build you own little home gym. The MYX II Plus also comes with plenty of other useful features, and delivery and assembly are included in the price, adding to its impressive value.
While the MYX II Plus is a quality bike, the friction resistance does not have any preset levels and seems a little vague compared to other models. We enjoyed the OpenFit app's cycling workouts, but there's no denying that it's somewhat limited compared to Peloton, for example, although there are a lot of off-bike classes to balance it out. Of course, the app membership cost is not insignificant, and it's right up there with the most expensive competitor's apps. Regardless, we feel this is a reasonably priced option for at-home studio cycling that comes with features and extras for total body fitness.

 So i love that another nice feature that i love is the background of all of the videos. As you can see, some of them are blue, some are just crisp and clear, but they have a really like zen and welcoming feel as opposed to like a studio or something that's really intense. I love that because it's not intimidating and it's just a really welcoming environment, they sort of pride themselves in using positive psychology. So, as you can see, there's lots of smiles lots of different types of instructors on here that you can choose from, and i just really think it's it's a nice touch that that this app has it has bike workouts

 I received it and immediately had issues with it. I even upgraded my internet speed (even though I had no problems with the original tablet and my original internet for over a year). The replacement tablet would hardly load a workout, if I had my heart rate monitor and wireless earbuds connected it was too much and would not load. After another couple days it wouldn’t play any workout

I connected the MYX II to my 5GHz Wi-Fi network and have never experienced any buffering or lag when streaming classes, even live workouts. MYXfitness recommends download speeds of at least 3Mbps for uninterrupted streaming. A helpful internet speed test feature in the MYX + Openfit Settings menu lets you check your connection. 

The light kit includes 3-, 6-, and 9-pound dumbbells and a 15-pound kettlebell; the medium kit includes 6-, 9-, and 12-pound dumbbells and a 20-pound kettlebell; and the heavy kit includes 9-,12-, and 15-pound dumbbells and a 25-pound kettlebell. All of the weights have a gray rubber coating on them, so they look nice and are easier on your floors than traditional metal weights.

 First, download and log into the Openfit mobile app (available for Android and iOS). Then, install and open the Openfit app on your Apple Watch and enable Bluetooth and Health permissions. From then on, just make sure the Openfit app is open on your Apple Watch when you want to pair it with the bike tablet.&nbsp;

The company sent me the base package for this review because I still have the weights and mats from when I reviewed the original model.
