 You also have more bungee pockets here in the front for additional gels and fuel and then you have these larger zipper pockets that are water resistant and so that's a great place for your phone and they're they're pretty large so you can fit something like your phone in there. And in terms of fit, I have a size small, I have a slightly slightly broader shoulders but I weigh 160 pounds or so and it fits really well it's a really comfortable vest. I still have a lot of testing to do on it but in terms of initial fit and getting one run in with it, it is really comfortable and again all the pockets are within reach even the stuff in the back you're able to just open up some of the Velcro and reach inside to grab some of the gels. So it's a really functional vest, lot of space, lot of storage, variable types of pockets depending on what you're going to need it for and we're excited to be testing this as well as the 12 liter which is the larger of the two but this line of the vest from Nathan are their lighter weight ones meant for that performance day and racing but I can tell you already the comfort of it would allow it to perform even just for going out on long runs on the weekends

 It's a company that I've been excited to somehow partner with over time for a really cheesy reason and it's because it's Nathan gear and so now it feels like I have personalized gear all the time.  A hydration vest is one of the more expensive pieces of running gear that you're going to purchase. This one retails for 200 US dollars and based on the fit, the feel, and its performance, I think it's worth the investment. Hey, thanks for making it to the end of the video. I hope you enjoyed it

 It goes about, oh, I would say maybe half way down, so right about here. You can store all kinds of stuff in there. I like to put my gloves in that pocket, it just makes it easy for me to get to them, but you could put a hat, you could put really basically anything you wanted, and it's going to be comfortable. It fits that perfectly, so it's just a nice place for me to be able to keep that

 Nathan describes it basically as a second skin, and it really is. It's super comfortable, I didn't have it bouncing around, and that's one of the things that just drives me crazy when I'm trying to onboard, whether or not it's nutrition or hydration, is when it bounces around, but you don't have to worry about that with this vest because I didn't have any of that, and the more I wore it, the less I noticed it was there, it really just becomes a part of you.
