 This just doesn't work without these big Agnes stools. Yeah. The angle that you, like the bucket soup of the, of the swooping bucket of the chair, the way your legs come out of it and when you rock, it just doesn't, it's not like a proper rocking chair angle to push with. It feels great when you've got a footstool

 Yeah, it is. The floating swinging motion feels very hammock-like. Yep. Davy and Nick brought up a very important point

 The only thing you have to worry about is the little back support poles. Those are a little tricky getting in, but not hard at all. And they're pretty easy getting out. Also if you're wasted and you come to sit down on this chair, you might eat shit and die

 It seems the chair is designed specifically with a very tall very skinny person in mind. (For reference, hubby and I are both on the lower end of average weight) - I have to sit quite far back, actually onto lower back of the chair, in order to lay back in it and successfully keep it in place. When doing this the material bunches under my lower back uncomfortably. - I am concerned with the mesh design, it seems like it would be very chilly to spend an evening in the chair

When I'm sitting upright the curved back of the chair pushes my head forward, even with the pillow removed. - The pillow doesn't go low enough to be used by someone of my height, yet my taller husband was uncomfortable with the way the chair curved tightly at the sides

 Not only can you just sit in it, you can rock, which is very pleasant for a lot of people. It reclines, hence the Stargaze name. It's adjustable as far as the neck padding, I'll show you all that in a second here, and it's ridiculously comfortable. For reference, I'm 210 pounds, and it accommodates me with ease

 So here's the chair itself. The entire body is made of a very durable, breathable mesh that is very, very strong. I like this mesh, that way things spill, it goes right through, easy to clean up. Also, it helps regulate temperature very, very well

 It's a very attractive design, there's several colors available. You get a cup holder right here, and then you get a little slot right here, it's great for your phone or a book you might be reading. It's very simple to set up. I set it up on the first try without reading instructions

 I like this mesh, that way things spill, it goes right through, easy to clean up. Also, it helps regulate temperature very, very well. There are these built-in poles right here that they suggest you use to stand up, but as you saw, I didn't use them to stand up. But they're here, they're nice grips, they're built in

For real the $19 thickly padded and still supportive but super comfortable and just a little slouchy, full-sized, fold out camp chair with arm height, stable beverage holders, and an over-the-shoulder carrying bag, I got out of a bulk box at Home Depot, is 100% more comfortable and 100x better

 If you want to just plop down and relax and socialize with others, or get in and out as necessary without an extreme amount of deliberate effort and balancing... this is not the chair for you

.. it takes some effort to assemble and disassemble and make fit back in the undersized carrying bag, the reclining effect isn't stable or especially comfortable at all without some kind of foot rest at the same level, otherwise you're in an unnaturally stressed position. Not a good chair for around the campfire with others

 Or me.  This is all in the way for my elbows and even like just kind of sitting here as opposed to more of an open chair, like I feel crunched in and so you have to lean back. So that is a con, getting in and out of it. Now this is where I've tried many different ways of folding this in and turning this in and I wish I really would have paid attention when we first bought them, how they were packed in there and how I pulled them out. But these don't fit in here two at a time

 Sweet. Good to go. Now the back is hard for me to put up, so I always have to ask for help when I do so. But these just fit right in there

 So you want to keep, what I found is just like get your post in there, then start putting the rest of your material on top and fold the handles down over it. And then this piece I've been keeping like so and then you can kind of pull that up and it makes it a little easier. But this kind of just folds on top of that. But if you try to get this whole chair in here before you get the supports, it's not, it's just not going to work

 They each have a red ferrule to let you know those are properly footed and stable. Next you're going to take out the chair and you're going to put together the supports on the back. Insert them into this webbing pocket at the top. Once that's complete you can take your climbing grade hardware clips

NEMO | Stargaze Recliner Luxury  — Features & Techniques

We've been using it regularly for about 2 mos.  Can be very comfortable if you can put your feet up on something.  Support is decent, but there are some issues with the design and build quality/materials.  I do believe NEMO uses quality materials, but they just aren't up to spec on where this chair sees the most stress(s) with grown adults

  The rods that give the back rest area support are already bending/holding a curve memory.  The islets/rings that double back and hold the main support straps won't stay horizontal and force the webbing/straps to bunch up making it more difficult to move back/forward.  Lastly the powder coat or paint on the metal frame tubes seems to scuff and scratch ridiculously easy (especially when folded and against the other tubes).

A lot of nitpicking, but this isn't a cheap chair and I know NEMO can make grey stuff.  Ultimately I would have a hard time recommending this chair at this price to anyone until they have addressed a few things.
