 Things do stick to it but they also come up easily. So before I move an egg around or something similar I make sure to get under it with the spatula & scrape a bit to make sure it will all come loose in one piece.  So again, the nonstick could be slightly better but overall I still find it a very high quality & easy to use pan & am happy with it.

 To me, it's not good quality control. Next, be aware the size of the pan is wonky. I've got a mixed set of pan lids in my kitchen: Farberware, Cuisinart, T-Fal, and can interchange lids easily. The lids from these, and a "universal" lid I have that has ridges graduated for different sized pans

 There are a couple little bumps in the Teflon surface, like the globs you might get in a can of old paint. They're baked in to the surface, and large enough to feel when using a spatula while cooking (always plastic, never metal). To me, it's not good quality control. Next, be aware the size of the pan is wonky

It's a nice pan, with one little catch.

 My wife and I use it as much as any pan we have.  The only complaint that I have is that the bottom has warped slightly so that it does not sit completely flat on my glass cook top. Having said that, it still functions well, heats quickly, and does everything I want a nonstick skillet to do. The Cusinart 12" pan that I replaced with this one never warped at all but the coating did not last as long as I thought it should have

I use to feel the same way about non-stick pans as does J. Clevenger--why buy All-clad when the coating is going to wear out before the rest of the pan?  I like the weight of my 12" skillet from Nordic Ware. I like the grip ( I don't use this pan in the oven). The coating is holding up well

I've been using this pan for over a month now and like it a lot. It's very light weight and the non-stick coating is superb. I've been very pleased with it's performance thus far. No need to spend over more for a pan, the non-stick coating eventually wears off on all pans over time

 This felt like the right price point for me. I use this pan almost every day. Scrambled eggs come out perfect, and stir fry's were quick and easy. Highly recommend

The interior cleans up nicely but the outside is really difficult to clean and that means that the heat distribution won't be uniform. The silicon sheath for the handle is too thin and I find I need a potholder.  It's not bad but the next time I need non-stick pan this size, I'll probably try something else.
