- Great for writing in the Moleskine
- Pen is a ballpoint, not gel
- Pentel "G2" Gel clicky top pens = awesome rollerball
- Jotter is basically the standard for this type of pen
- This refill works with the Zebra F-701 without any modifications
Parker Style, Gel Ink Refill.
• Pilot “G2” is not the same as the “G2” pens that we all love. • Pentel “G2” Gel clicky top pens = awesome rollerball. • Pilot “G2” is a ballpoint = not my favorite, isn’t gel. • Parker Style is a form factor for ink refills that is completely different from the ones in the Pentel “G2”. • People co...

Ohto Rays Flash Dry Gel Pen Review
The Refill. The click mechanism turned out to be an added bonus, but the real reason I bought this pen was the refill. The Rays uses Ohto’s “Flash Dry Gel” refill, which is one of the few
Ohto Flash Dry Gel Pen Refill Review — The Pen Addict
Now, if we can just get Ohto to expand the color lineup. That’s not asking for too much, is it? (JetPens provided this product at no charge to The Pen Addict for review purposes.)
Works with Zebra F-701... kinda
I bought this refill because I read that it works with the Zebra F-701 without any modifications. That's true, but it's not a 100% perfect fit right out of the box. The tip of this refill is just *slightly* too big to fit through the plastic insert in the tip of the F-701 smoothly. It does fit, but ...
I upgraded my rOtring 600 pen with this refill. It is slightly loose when tapping the tip to paper. However, that is very minor and the ink quality is so great that I do not notice most of the time. Once I'm writing, I definitely do not notice. Ordered one from Japan first as a trial. It took foreve...
Begins skipping after a short time
When first installed it is great but the quality of writing goes quickly downhill. Begins skipping within weeks.
Penjamin15 reviews the Ohto Rays Flash Dry Gel .5mm
Okay, it has a solid construction when it's in a normal mode or normal position, there's no shaking noise when you retract it. No shaking noises well got a very smooth satisfying click, no problem there, all right it could be the budget parker jotter and as far as price goes, the uh price is under five dollars. I got this online at jetpens, one of my favorite online retailers, okay, so wrapping up, if you could and would follow me on these platforms, i do appreciate it uh, some i'm more prolific than others, but i'm getting better all right
writes well when it works
Really like the smoothness of the ink, but it skips very often. still have half the ink left remaining but so frustrating to use.
So far so good...used in my Moleskine retractable pen
I used this refill in my Moleskine retractable pen, for which refills have been "out of stock" for a while. It fits great, writes well, and dries fast. I can't vouch for longevity, but...so far so good. My only issue is that it's a very fine line, so I might get a .7mm or 1mm refill next time.
