I have the OnePlus Buds Z and those are the biggest pieces of shit headphones I've ever used. If you move even a tiny bit the in ear sensor fires off and pauses the music. There is also no way  to disable this sensor.

OnePlus Buds Pro are designed to take on higher-end earbuds

 For noise cancellation, they say that you can choose between Faint and Extreme NC modes, but I wasn't able to find that option on my OnePlus 7 (Melody app doesn't work). For iPhone, you can't choose between those two modes. On long pressing, the noise cancellation mode turns on but its very faint as compared to a better earphone in that range (Tozo NC2, Anker Life P3 or Airpods Pro). I am happy that atleast they sent me a replacement, but I will not recommend these to anyone who doesn't have a OnePlus phone (7 or later)

The bad news:. - the sound is pretty trash. On aptx adaptive 48k, if you try and push the EQ you will hear distortion. - on 96k, the distortion is less, and it's actually close to bearable, but the buds will periodically glitch into single mode if you try and do too much

 There should be a warning at 10-15% battery life. instead of that they just make a small tone and then shut down. 2. there is no gesture to turn up the volume up or down

So I have been using these for a while and there is a lot to love about them. The sound quality is exceptional, the battery life is also very good. I also love the size of the case and the magnets that hold on to the earbuds are great. Because this is a review, there are only a few things that leave me annoyed

They are also EXTREMELY comfortable, and look very cool, probably the "coolest" of any earbuds in my opinion. Also..

..the call quality is the best I have tried, apparently as well. I say "apparently" because that is subjective, of course, but my test consists of calling my wife when I go to Walmart, and her telling me how I sound

Liberty 3 Pro vs Oneplus Buds Pro

The sound of these earbuds are great. The fit is comfortable, and I don't get any complaints on calls, so I'm sure the mic quality is passible as well. The pairing is quick and easy on both my OnePlus 7t, and my PC, with minimal latency.  I find the feature set, in terms of gestures and controls lacking, but for the price it's a fair tradeoff, I suppose

Looking for stem design earbuds

If you have trouble with the high frequencies these are a no go; the spoken word sounds like it's coming through a pillow. I got these as a cheaper alternative to replace my deceased Apple AirPods 2. Although they fit snugly and comfortably I had to return them because compared to the pods they have virtually no high frequency (treble) sound. I think these would be good for people with normal hearing who like music because the bass is very good
