 This one one only. But why? If I'm here and I just need to grab a paw paw, for example, I have to unzip it all the way, open it, and then get it, and then zip it again.  It looks really big but just doesn’t pack very well for my needs. It is comfortable on my shoulders and has the expected quality of osprey, it just kinda falls in how it packs.

 It seems like too much space was given for the laptop area that should have been devoted to the book/larger area. Moving to the smallest outside zip area, which does only have one zipper as others have mentioned, it doesn’t really fill OUT but instead fills IN so if you put things in the bottom of it, it will push into the book area. It looks really big but just doesn’t pack very well for my needs. It is comfortable on my shoulders and has the expected quality of osprey, it just kinda falls in how it packs

 We also have the compression straps right here. so for example, you're not putting a lot of stuff in the bag, you can just adjust it so that it becomes a thinner bag right there. Or of course, if you're gonna put a lot of stuff in the bag, then you can adjust it back so that the bag can expand like that. There's also another feature right here

 So I do have two laptops that I use. So what I do is I just put this laptop over here and then my main laptop I put over here. This is the other laptop so this is a 16 inch laptop and it fits just fine. So there's also this pocket right here

 meaning it does not make you look thicker than you actually are. so in photographs, that's a good thing. Now, one other thing. this is a very comfortable carry

Travel Gear Review: Osprey Women's Nova Daypack - Long-term use review, (5 years!)

I bought this for trips of a few days in length (less than a week) and found that if you are having to carry anything heavy (books, laptop, liquids, paperwork, anything dense), the straps (shoulder, chest and hip) cannot bear the weight. The entire pack sticks out (kind of like a big square box) so far from your body that, when heavy, practically makes you fall over. The weight is not distributed enough across the body, especially for the flimsy hip belt (basically just an extra 1" strap with a buckle; no real support). Great for storing things, but not if you actually plan to wear it as a backpack and walk around with it

 It would accommodate a 32 ounce water bottles. So you've got a ton of features here, definitely a trail worthy pack. If you need to take this out on a day hike, it's going to be comfortable with that back panel, but if you're using it as a commuting bag, where you're going to be storing those sensitive items, your laptop your tablet, it's going to explore them really well. Keep them protected all day long, it's the women's Osprey Nova day pack, thanks for watching

 So it's perfect for a pair of sunglasses or goggles ahead of that you've got loads more organization. I'Ve got cell phone in the middle, some items here on the side and you can even see organization down below for pens or whatever else you want to store in there and then another zippered pocket down there, and this is a pretty deep pocket as well, because All the way to the bottom of the pack and then obviously there's a key clip there. So your keys don't get lost in your pack the front you have this stretch mesh material. So it's nice to just stash something like that really easily and then down here on the bottom: there's even a blinky light attachment

 There'S some other left strap here. If you've got on the top and obviously the compression straps would work too lash gear as well stretch mesh pocket on the side. It would accommodate a 32 ounce water bottles. So you've got a ton of features here, definitely a trail worthy pack

 You can store a lot of gear in there. You have nice panel access to this pocket. It goes all the way to the bottom of the pack, and if you don't have this packed out completely, you can actually use these compression straps on the side to make this a much smaller pack. So it gives you a lot of versatility there on the inside and we've got a medium size pocket up here that you can store smaller items and then behind it

 What I also like about these? these extra compression straps. if you're not using them, you could tuck them inside. Similar to the Autumn Eight L that I have, the Patagonia Autumn Eight L Think that you can tuck these away in there like that so you have a nice clean look. Don't laugh at me, I'm putting on my backpack

 Um, you have single zipper, double zipper. and I believe the last compartment is like a weird double down hair zipper so it's kind of confusing sometimes. And you also have a top compartment here that's a single zipper. So you have basically I'll go into it

  The pack does seem well made -- but, the fact that my laptop doesn't fit is a dealbreaker, so, it will be going back.  As a note -- If the description did not specifically state it would fit 17 inch laptops, I would not have detracted so many stars. As that was a specific selling point for me, and, since all the material clearly states it will fit them, I feel it is fair to consider this a major disappointment.

6 inch HP notebook, but, it does have a slightly larger bezel on it, so, I am often concerned about it fitting in 'standard 15 inch laptop compartments. I assumed that it should be no issue to fit in one designed for a 17 inch laptop. Well -- it 'technically fits. It fits in the middle, but, the corners protrude

 I also have seen where TSA still requires everyone to remove their laptop, and, it is VERY difficult to get this in and out of the compartment easily -- also a nuisance if you will be pulling it out and putting it back frequently.  I have no idea how a true 17 inch laptop would fit. I looked up the dimensions of some common 17 inch laptops and they are all longer than mine. For reference, my actual exterior dimension (ie: case) is 15

This is my second women’s specific Osprey travel pack. The other is much larger with a detachable daypack. This one is more of an everyday commuter bag, school bag, or carry on. It works very well for those purposes

It has a reasonable amount of organization but most of it is in the form of long, tall pockets which is a problem I have with their other packs

 I don’t want a pack with a built in laptop sleeve but that’s seemingly all that’s on the market if you want a nice, well made bag. I’d much prefer the versatility of no laptop sleeve built in and the option to take my laptop when needed in a separate sleeve. On this pack the laptop compartment is bulky, wasted space for me during the 95% of the time I’m using it without a laptop or tablet in tow. The laptop area also opens all the up which helps when packing but is awkward if you’re out and about and trying to just grab one item out of there

 When I opened it and started moving stuff from my other backpack (also a Nova but the previous incarnation) I was so excited to see the well-placed compression straps and admired the slim profile that still held the same amount of stuff. I even came to terms with the loss of the zippered bottom portion of the access panel. The one thing that is making me crazy, however, is that there is only one zipper for that access panel section. Instead of being able to go in from the top with a minimum of fuss, I need to unfasten one compression strap, pull the zipper up and almost all the way around instead of opening just the tippy top to reach in) and then re-zipper and re-fasten
