Panasonic Lumix G80

* Panasonic G80 - Needs HDMI capture card for webcam use, but has flippy screen, in-body stabilisation, and weather sealing. Probably the cheapest option that comes close to meeting your requirements, but he 16MP sensor is a bit dated. The 12-60mm kit lens that often comes with it is great though - also weather sealed (although I still wouldn't take it out it anything more than a light drizzle).

If you really want a good and cheap camera, I recommend an MFT camera. For example, the Panasonic Lumix G80 or G70 used with a kit lens costs about €400. In this camera you have the latest technology and an image stabiliser on board.

After a lot of research and checking reviews/comparisons, I have decided to get the Panasonic Lumix G80. It seems to tick all the boxes for what I want in a camera and is still in my budget. However, I am a bit torn on what kind of lens I should get with it. My budget lies around 600-700 euros, but I do not mind it to stretch it a bit.

The zoom as an all-round lens and the 85mm as a close-up when the zoom is used wide-angle. I don't think overheating will be a problem as interviews don't go longer than 30-45min either. With my old equipment I'm used to stopping recording after 30min, changing memory cards and batteries and then filming again briefly. Autofocus is also usable here and resolution for photos is optimal.
