What is the smoothest pen?

 Having bought 4 of them in the past, (black .7mm; black, blue, and red .5mm) I decided to pick up another color to add to the collection.  My reason for buying this olive green version is mainly due to the fact that I'd recently bought some colored lead from Uni Dia and wanted a matching color pencil for the lead

If the manufacturers, or the vendors would verify this pencil's composition, I would greatly appreciate that and may consider changing my review

Are the Sharpie S Gel pens any good?

I was a little disappointed with this pencil. I have used Pentel pencils for over 30 years. They seem to be more cheaply made every year. I was hoping this one would have some weight to it but the plastic body is pretty lightweight

I’m looking for some pen alternatives for my notebook… I use pilot g2 in my notebook but recently I’ve noticed Everytime I write a lot my pinky smears all the ink all over the place and it’s just not the best. I use a leuchtturm1917 so I know the coating on the paper plays into the factors a bit but I absolutely love these journals…
I would like to know your recommendations on pens that write smoothly but dry quickly.
Maybe it’s just in the nature of gel pens to smear when writing as well as the paper coating but is there any quick drying gel pens out there? Or are fineliners just better? 

This is the descriptions my dream pen I hope there’s one out there:
- writes smoothly and evenly
- drys fast
- doesn’t smudge after seconds
- can be highlighted
- clicks open and closed
- comes in multiple colors (maybe)
- preferred to be gel
- easily accessible online or in stores (US)

NPD: I didn’t know what I was buying 😂

 As it is, the weight is concentrated at the top when writing, but I think if the barrel were aluminum it would feel very balanced in the hand.  Unfortunately the pencil came loose inside a large, lightly padded envelope, not the nice clear plastic case that Pentel Kerrys are supposed to come in. Nothing broke, but still.  I'll be returning this, but if I can figure out whether it's possible to buy an all-aluminum one of these, then I will probably give it a second shot
