 It comes in two thin lead sizes, so if you were looking for detail work the Aren's array of pencils but then that includes the Aren's Nero as well would be something that you'd want to check out. We have strong pocket clip, excellent grip, and I mentioned that we have the ribbed metal sort of situation going on there. Great design, quality eraser. Okay, lots to love about this pencil

 Okay, we should probably throw up here that it's cheaper than ever, that it's still readily available. And the other thing that I put under the cons is that the lead sleeve can be finicky at the end of a lead, the end of a stick. Okay, look at this and you're probably saying top Ten and I'm gonna go ahead and say yes, Top Ten. I can't keep it out of there anymore

 Cons: I'm gonna go manufacturing quality Question mark I'm not sure that it's there anymore. I wouldn't be reviewing it right now if I wasn't hopeful at this stage.  The mode of failure is lead slippage. The internal clutch will not grip any .3mm lead and can not be used to write. I'll keep it in case I come across a cheap deal for another and use this one for parts

 Once any pressure was met by the lead, it would retreat back up into its hole like a spooked chipmunk. I kid you not, I took this puppy apart and cleaned it thrice, yet the chimpmunkiness remains yet. I would like a replacement pencil. This thing is the bees knees until one wears it slap out

Great Pencil Until Mechanism Stopped Holding Lead

 No drops, no heavy use. Had to knock value for money down to one star. A one-year lifespan for a 30-dollar mechanical pencil is simply not acceptable.

The Orenz Nero is pretty good if you are looking for smaller lead sizes, otherwise it's kind of just a gimmick.

I said I was not going to cave in the temptation of buying a Pentel Orenz Nero since I prefer to buy a Set of Ballpoint + Mechanical Pencil with the same design (See my old posts where I have pictures of both my rOtring 600 set and Pentel GG 1000 set). I open a precedent some time ago with the Ohto Multi MF-20K3B and said it was the first and last time I would do that. Looks like the "*fish dies by the mouth"*

I said I wasn't going to but since they were in promotion...
