Proctor Silex 35041 Review

 I was only able to fry french fries and tater tots in this because of the size, however they did fry up perfectly. This would make a nice fryer for someone single that has a small apartment or dorm because it does not take up much counter space at all.

 This deep fryer is small. I would only recommend it for a single person. It can not fry very much food at one time. The basket can hold about a handful of french fries

You know when the oil is ready for cooking there's, also a basket hook for mess free draining when you're finished pieces are easy to take apart and clean with the proctor silex professional style. I bought this and read reviews, but when I got the fryer it was too small for my family of 4. I would say it is perfect for two people as it is too small for three or four people. I like to fry my chicken wings in few batches instead of doing in several batches because I don't have time to stand there and keep frying all day so I like something bigger. 

Just a little small

 The heating element sits right inside under the frying basket. On my next one I would like one that I don't have heating element exposed if possible. Overall it is a nice deep fryer that performs nicely, but it is very small so not practical for large family use unless you do one small batch at a time. There are also a lot of plastic parts to this which made me wonder about melting, but so far no problems with that

It's advertised this fryer would cook for one to 4 persons. It's a good looking frier but it might cook for 1 or 2. The basket is too small and it only holds about a quart of oil. Other than that, it's okay!!!
