Pur Basic Faucet Replacement Filter

This seemed different than the filters I’ve purchased in the past. The box was different, and the first filter I opened had the little black piece on the top of the filter missing. Not sure if a change was made to the product, or if there was a mishap with the quality control.

The filter itself works great but it only lasted about 2 weeks before the red light came on telling me to change filter. I put on a second filter a few days ago, i hope this one lasts longer. I will post update if they let me at future date

Very easy to install. However I felt that it did not last as long as it normally did/does for me. It turned very yellow quickly. Or could possibly be everyone’s drinking more water than usual.

Target has the best price for these by far!

I like the way the water tastes after filters are replaced but the problem is, it costs over $10.00 a filter and they only are lasting 2 months a piece!
