We have been using the system for two years - it was ok, but it cracked and was leaking badly when water pressure went up - better to keep the water pressure low - otherwise, it is fine. Better to replace the filters and the system altogether to avoid problems.

Some grains of charcoal tend to miss the filter if you don't flush a long time. I would like to see one that can adapt to my bar sink type faucet the way Pure can I don't think the taste is as pure as I think it should be

Installation was easy. The filter replacement is straightforward. The water flow is very slow compared to other units I have owned. The flowrate is stated on the specs. and is just barely .5gpm.
