 That are using Vanek super clean right now I don't know of anybody. Who'S used, LC, 200. In liner-lock I mean what they've got here is like the ultimate EDC size and profile, mixed with something that is essentially invincible against corrosion resistance and, at the same time, has an edge geometry that emphasizes cutting performance above anything else that I have ever seen. I mean the the slice enos of this thing like oh and it is Vaughn

 Sorry. This is why I don't like satin blades guys finger prints, it's just gross wonderful, absolutely wonderful! I mean nitpicks there's that little area right there that we talked about earlier has a ever so slight point just a little bit and yeah. The tip is a little bit delicate, but that's going to be the case on a knife that was designed for slicing efficiency. I don't know that I can complain now

 Before the sentence structure there was awful but yeah the this knife is thinner behind the edge than I think any that I have shown on the channel up to this point. How'S that my goodness yeah this is a freaking laser beam. Guys I mean this knife, I mean even if it does start to go, you know if it drops down to working edge and then eventually caveman edge. The geometry of this knife alone will still pass through material with efficiency

 This is EDC. By definition, oh my gosh maxed out right now. I understand a lot of people like to EDC bigger blades right, but you know once if you're looking to just carry a simple cutting tool with you right and it needs to cut, but it needs to stay in your pocket and be you know, convenient thing to Get out and use and put away right and you're, just gon na be using it for simple tasks. Was wondering if I could get some help in my search for a new small-ish edc knife to run with my small inkosi. Uh, nothing crazy please, no more than like 5 or 600 bucks at max.

Recommendations for ti frame locks (preferably with lockbar inserts) that run on washers and are under 3.75" blade length?

 but yeah, that satin looks fantastic. You can see even after my torture test yesterday, there is no evidence of corrosion on there anywhere. Absolutely Zero. We've got the LC 200 n liner in there as I mentioned I Love that this is a liner lock and not a frame lock

 Yeah, that's the only. We're on the finish after carrying and using this extensively for a couple of weeks now. And and I don't mean just like carrying it to an office job and then sitting in a chair with it I've been I've been really carrying and using this knife, so there it is. that's the Quiet carry

 I give you my opinions on it because I think it's only fair that I actually test this before I before I kind of stand behind that heards I say about it. Anywho, I've used this knife a lot I've done a lot of cutting with it I've put it through a bunch of cardboard I used it on a big like a cardboard craft project that I did last week where I literally like I was cutting cardboard for half the day and it was fantastic. For that, it's been fantastic for every EDC task I've thrown at it I've got cord with it I've tried feather sticking with it just for fun I've put this knife through the wringer and some people have said that this edge retention on Vanek's is comparable, maybe slightly below some people say. maybe slightly better then the Steel's like M390 20 CV those kind of common super steel standards at this point and I don't have real data to go behind to tell you whether it is or it isn't But what I can say is I've I own and have owned plenty of knives and steels like M390 20 CV and for me, with those Steel's it's not like I'm putting edges on them all the time

 so I stuck it in a glass of lemonade For another hour, pulled it out, rinsed it off, nothing happened. You can watch that video as fun, but I feel like now I've done enough testing on this for its corrosion resistance properties and its edge retention properties to make an actual concise review. It's very important to me, by the way that I don't just review knives without using them and experiencing them. If I ever do that, it would be because it's like a borrowed knife and I'll be very clear about that, but my experience with it is limited before

Quietcarry Waypoint Full Review!

 Not sure how to address that. I suppose there's a way to adjust it, but for $300 it's a little ridiculous that I have to do so much to get a usable knife. Also, the factory edge doesn't seem to be that great. I've only used it to open a few Amazon packages and slice an apple or two and I've noticed that it already isn't slicing through printer paper like it was out of the box

So I'm new to knives in general and the Waypoint was my first. I was drawn to the ergonomics as well as the extremely corrosion resistant blade. The raving reviews from Nick Shabazz, Metal Complex, and others hyped me up considerably, so I ordered the black G10 version from the website. 

 Especially the Spydiechef. They have about the same amount of activity on them and their edges held up much better and still sliced paper well before I returned them. 

Disappointed in my Quiet Carry Waypoint

 It just feels so good. The fact that this blade is that thin already i mean it's got to be like what point nine. On the stock .09, sorry let me zero this thing out

 This is my maliblue channel knife channel mascot right, you can see the size comparison, they're, pretty much dead, nuts in terms of size, and this i'm fairly positive, is a 3.3 inch. Blade is what it's advertised, as so you're. Looking at 3

 I needed right. Opening bags of uh uh fertilizer opening bags of uh mulch whatever right this was there, and it did an absolutely fantastic job while not having issues with rust right um. You know one of the things people complain about with van x is it's not as tough as say, lc 200n, which is also rust proof, but your trade-off is van x, has better edge retention right uh and for me, that's more important because of the things i'm Doing cutting bags cutting you know paper a lot of shipping labels guys my knives go through tons of shipping. Those the tip is very important to me, uh and where it is in terms of relationship to my hand, right um, but i'm not i'm not chopping trees down, i'm not cutting into tough material with staples in it

Long Term Review - Quiet Carry Waypoint

I have a Gent and some other cheaper knives. I'm getting my grail watch soon, got my grail pen and I want a fancy knife. Thing is I don't every really use it much. I don't need fancy blade steels, honestly you could give me an aluminum blade I probably wouldn't notice for a year

 Just something with nice fit and finish and will cut through a piece of tape once a week. I like the simple, straight line, gentlemanly looking knives.

 The way that I tested this was low-tech, but it worked um. I left this knife in my shower for probably the better part of a month. I and my freaking, my poor wife um, you know honey. Why do we have a knife in the shower? Oh that's the shower knife

 It'S got an amazing blade and some disdain doubly pricey. The screws are a little bit shallow, but mostly whoa seriously. There is a reason that this knife has made a splash, I'm particularly among reviewers. You know one of the things that kind of dipped me off here was actually my buddy slicey dicey

 So a this is a really really nice knife, it's one of the better knives that I've handled just period and it is a very, very strong contender for 2020s knife of the year. I don't know who's gon na win that competition, but I know for damn sure that on the high end, this is gon na be right up against it um. This is a really really nice piece, so I I mean I guess I can't really say anything stronger about it other than how little I was able to complain holy crap so overall, well done quiet Gary. This is keep this knife around

I am looking to get a small to medium size knife to leave in my fishing pack. Looking for something to use and borderline abuse in saltwater conditions. Any good options besides the spyderco salt line?   They look nice but just looking for some other options. 

Don’t really have a preference of fixed blade or folder. Rustproof multi tool recommendations would be awesome also. If they exist.
