This chair is lighter than its predecessor and has a canopy that doubles as a carrying case, with built-in shoulder straps. But it is fairly cumbersome to carry.

 I bought this at Sam's Club. It'S a well-built chair, but it has no shade it's pretty comfortable, but when I got back from the fourth of July parade, I said I need a chair with a canopy, so I went on line and I went on Amazon and I saw these chairs this one Is made by Kelsey as' and the air under license through this company renetto? Who makes these canopy chairs the one I hear the kelsey is. I bought off Amazon and it's a little bit of less expensive than the parent company's chair. It'S pretty good

 I can sit in it and it feels alright, but it's not quite as comfortable is the original we're Netto chair ups and it's pretty nice is I'm pretty happy with the original veneto. I think I'm going to buy another one, but I also this one is also nothing wrong with this. It'S just not quite as comfortable as the renetto and I'm, but it's a big improvement over a camping chair with no canopy, believe me, 100 degrees and there's no there's no arm shade, it's horrible. They both go up and down the canopies, go up and down the same way, pretty easy
