Sealy Posturepedic Conform Premium Wondrous Ultra Plush Expert Review

  All-in-all, I'd have to say that I do like the overall feel of my old Tempur better, but I also looked up the current going price for a Tempur and this mattress seems to be about half the cost. I won't say the Tempur is twice as good as this mattress, but given a choice at the same price point, I would probably go with the Tempur. I'll also state that I'm a pretty non-picky sleeper. I've slept on coil mattresses that were covered by barely any padding and slept just as well as on my Tempur

I'm coming from a 10yr old Tempur-Pedic Cloud mattress which was queen sized.  The Sealy is a nice mattress, but it definitely feels different than my old Tempur, and right now, the old Tempur had a better feel in my mind for a couple of reasons.  This Sealy has a puffy cover on it - that white top you see in the product image - which has 'veins' tufted fiber. My old Tempur was literally a terry-like cover directly on the foam

 Don't get me wrong, it's still a pretty heavy mattress, but I'm pretty sure my queen-sized Tempur weighed more than this king-sized Sealy (I looked it up, the Tempur Queen is around 100lbs, this mattress in a King is 78lbs). I'd like to say that I can feel the density difference, but that's probably in my head.  Firmness, I'd say that this is a medium-firm mattress. It's not as squishy as a pillow top, but the foam is a nice conforming foam which provides a lot more give than cheaper non-memory foam mattresses

 This mattress is firm and supportive, but at the same time very soft and comfortable. It also sleeps plenty cool. We didn’t have any issues like getting overheated or sweating.  My biggest concern right now with this foam mattress is longevity

 I’ve seen mattresses that cost less than a thousand dollars with a 25-year replacement warranty. However, with that said, in my experience, mattress manufacturers are all pretty shifty/shady when it comes to actually honoring their warranties anyway. They generally set the sag/failure requirements for replacement just slightly out of the realm of reasonable possibility.  This mattress, while somewhat expensive, is very comfortable IF you like a firm mattress, and if it lasts a full ten years before needing to be replaced, I'd say it’s an okay buy

Sitting on the side of the seelye conform premium, wondrous ultra plush can definitely feel the Sealy chill application to the quilt cover. I can feel it right through my clothes, so it's definitely going to give Gail help. Keep you cool as you sleep at night, but in terms of comfort, this mattress is truly wondrous. It'S contouring well to my lower back, it's giving me good pressure relief in my hips and shoulders, so there's really no complaints here, I'm really sinking in! So if you like to be enveloped by your mattress, this would be a good choice

. lighter?  The Mrs? She doesn't hate it. We've been sleeping on it together for about a week and she's sleeping throughout the night and waking up refreshed - but she says it doesn't feel as cushiony as the other mattress - too firm in other words.  Well, since "Firm" is in the description I guess that should be expected a little, but I wanted to be honest telling you it's not her favorite and why

  I don't feel like I'm a staunch "firm" aficionado and, like I said, to me it felt like the perfect amount of cush, and I LIKE cush and it feels like this mattress has the right amount

 Also this is a hot running mattress. If you use a mattress pad to avoid obliviating the warranty, forget it. It is a heater. Even when I lay on it at home without the pad it did not remain cool

Medium-Firm is the true meaning of ultra plush in hybrid/Sealy foams

This is a comfortable mattress that I consider pretty firm even with a softer top - note it's not a pillowtop. I usually prefer the plush mattresses and my husband prefers the firm ones so I thought this would be a happy medium. There are sites out there that will help you determine the level of comfort and degree of firmness or plushness of each model - there are different names for the mattresses depending on the seller and those sites will help you determine yours and then you can compare them all. Ultimately it's a very good mattress at a pretty high price point and is probably best for those who prefer a firmer sleep surface

Everyone likes a beautiful and luxurious looking mattress, and the Sealy Confirm Premium fits the description beautifully. The mattress has firm support underlying its softer topper. However, in the short time we’ve slept on it we felt the mattress was a bit on the too firm side and created mild pressure point problems, and that the softer top did not buffer our weight enough to enjoy a comfortable sleep. We are keeping it in mind that it always takes time for the body to adjust to a new mattress, so to be fair this well constructed mattress deserves the test of time

What a Beauty!

Very comfortable mattress. I wake up nice and rested, I don't feel hot, which I am always hot. My husband is pleased as well, because his back didn't hurt when he awoke and we have plenty of room. He is a very picky person when it comes to mattresses because his back hurts from them if they aren't firm enough
