Shark Navigator Lift-Away NV352

Myself and multiple family member have bagless Shark vacuums that were purchased in that price range and all of us love them. When I was sheet rocking a wall and my Shop Vac died, I fabbed up an adapter to connect my attachments to my Shark and finished the job that way and it held up better than the Shop Vac did. I don't think I'll ever bother looking at another brand.

The Shark Navigator Lift-Away is a bagless upright vacuum. Its 'Lift-Away' design allows you to pick up and carry its canister while vacuuming with its wand. It delivers superb performance on bare floors and does an excellent overall job cleaning various kinds of debris on low and high-pile carpet

I called Shark and was told the warranty only covers the motor! I have already spent $70 replacing the wand and hose because they detached and I couldn’t use the vacuum. So how I’m vacuum shopping again. Absolutely do not recommend Shark based on this experience.

It has a hard floor setting and a carpet setting, and you can adjust the suction level on it too if you need to vacuum a rug without it getting sucked in. My mom has had some version of a Navigator for as long as I can remember, and if something happens to the vacuum (even out of warranty), Shark has been amazing about replacing parts for it. Cleaning the part that catches all of the hair and dust is so easy, because both the top and the bottom open up, and is easy to wash.

I’ve used it on carpet and felt it was pretty good for that too. I love that hair doesn’t wrap around the brush; no sitting on the floor snipping away at it. The battery lasts close to forty minutes if I don’t use the max trigger. It’s very low-profile (first vacuum I’ve ever had that would slide right under my radiators) and easy to maneuver.

I bought my shark vacuum in 2018 from bed bath and beyond because my house is half carpet and we always have 3-6 pets at any given time. It’s worked wonders but tonight it stopped suctioning.
