Depends what kind of budget you’ve got but the Sony Alpha cameras (they are in the $800-$1000 range) don’t have record limits — they stop when you either run out of battery (which can be fixed with external power source) or you fill up your SD card (just buy a big SD card and you’ll be fine). They shoot 1080p up to 60fps and 4K up to 30fps. The Sony a6100 will essentially meet all your requirements but for a slightly higher price the a6400 has a more rugged body.
