 Today we're taking a look at their latest iteration of a multi-driver earbuds and to see if they are any good. Welcome to a review of the SoundPeats True Engine 3 SE. Hello my name is Sean and welcome back to my channel.  Anyway let's take a look at the latency performance of these earbuds. So this is a test to see whether or not these earphones actually have a latency problem. So what I'm going to do now is clap into the microphone and you should be able to tell. So here we go

0 and AptX codec support, there's really no issue with latency when watching videos on YouTube or Netflix, however playing games like PUBG, it does have a very obvious delay. It's okay if you use it for casual gaming but if you're looking for anything more serious or competitive, I would suggest not getting these for gaming. Anyway let's take a look at the latency performance of these earbuds. So this is a test to see whether or not these earphones actually have a latency problem

 Overall I am really happy with this iteration of the TrueEngine 3 SE and I love how they've updated the sound profile and basically made it an even better earbuds for now. So if you're holding off buying the original SE, it's probably time now to get the new TrueEngine 3 SE. The Multi-Driver King! SoundPeats Truengine 3 SE!

 The Sabbat's have the extra 3-4 clicks of volume that I need. Their 10mm drivers enable that, along with more bass.

I bought this with the intent to replace my "fake-wireless" bluetooth earphones since one side died from the wire issue. I am not a audiophile, and I didn't want to spend a lot on a new pair of earphones.  I ultimately chose this because of the cost effectiveness, it also had a amazon coupon for a extra discount, and it had a longer battery life than the avg bluetooth earphones in its price range as well as the fact that it has dual drivers and marketed as good with bass. I did say I'm not an audiophile, but if I'm going to spend this amount of money, I might as well choose the best one in the budget

 Volume, bass, quality, all there.  FIT / FITMENT I read the reviews prior to my purchase. I've watched videos on youtube. These earbuds fall off easily lol

 I've watched videos on youtube. These earbuds fall off easily lol. I do NOT recommend you use them for workout. HOWEVER! The issue of fitment mostly goes away once you install their included foam earbuds

 For those who are curious, I decided to get the Aukey EPT31. Also, using the included complementary foam earbuds helps noise isolation by a lot when compared to the default equipped plastic or whatever earbud materials that most earbuds come with. Volume, bass, quality, all there.  FIT / FITMENT I read the reviews prior to my purchase

Potential to be great but...

5 hours of battery life on the earbuds themselves where with the charging case you're going to get around 30. Now one thing I would've liked to have seen is them add a fast charge feature or even have the case be a Qi wireless charging case so that is definitely two things I would've liked to have seen them add to these. But it still kind of falls back to the fact that these are only $60 so you kind of have to lower your expectations when it comes to some features like that. Now as far as the case itself on the back you have your USB-C input and then underneath the lid you have your four indicator lights so that you can kind of gauge how much battery life is on the case

 Now it does come with a little bit of a caveat or cap I don't even know how you say it but if you are somebody that's looking for a flat sound signature this is not the pair. Like this is the furthest thing from the pair because this is giving you a pretty rich dynamic sound. The bass has a lot of impact to it although it's not sloppy at all. It's very tight, it's very quick but you can definitely feel it

 It doesn't feel like it's overdone and it's just really clean and you're able to pick up a lot of details and vocals and I was just extremely impressed. Now when it comes to the treble, the treble has a nice brightness to it. It stays away from being too harsh but it definitely gets close to it. So if you're going to listen at louder volumes do kind of expect that the treble is going to have a very bright sound to it

 Now I would happily pay a little bit more to have these features so that I can have everything that I want with an excellent sounding pair of earbuds. This is a no brainer. This is an easy pair to recommend. They definitely improved upon a pair that was already one of my favorites

Absolutely Worth It! : SoundPEATS Truengine 3 SE True Wireless

 With a charging cord this short, the case and fully charged earbuds are always out of reach or inaccessible. I love the sound, but hate the overall case and its design and the lack of ergonomic control features.

 If you're working from a desk, with a charging station within 8" of your SoundPEAT case, this might not be a problem. For me, trying to use these while reclining and/or relaxing, this is simply too aggravating and restrictive. With a charging cord this short, the case and fully charged earbuds are always out of reach or inaccessible. I love the sound, but hate the overall case and its design and the lack of ergonomic control features

 Nothing in this price range has ever sounded better to me. In fact, though I wouldn't classify myself as an "audiophile", I've spent hundreds of dollars on earphones that are not as satisfying to my ears as the SoundPEATS. That being said, the overall design and control features diminish my overall satisfaction with the earbuds. First, I really dislike that the SoundPEATS need to be removed from their case to be "paired" with any device

Sound is incredible from SoundPEATS. The noise cancellation is very good for "in ear" earphones. Nothing in this price range has ever sounded better to me. In fact, though I wouldn't classify myself as an "audiophile", I've spent hundreds of dollars on earphones that are not as satisfying to my ears as the SoundPEATS

Great Sound; Annoying Design and Controls

 But it's okay considering their price point. It's fine. In the end the battery is pretty nice on these however the charging could be considered a weak point. In conclusion I cannot complain about these buds in a major way

 They fit in nice and snug. They can start hurting after a while, but for short periods of time, they're completely fine. Also, if the fit is not working for you, there are additional ear tips for you to try out and see what works best. The touch controls for these are located right on the logo of each earbud and are pretty handy

 They are equipped with dual dynamic drivers which really helps the case. I would say they're more focused on the mids but the highs in the bass is no very minimal or lacking. The bass on these is not super aggressive but still delivers a good pump. The same goes for the highs

 I also love how these earbuds do support surround sound so if you're watching a show or a movie or even listening to music and if the creators has those effects in place, you will hear them. Obviously these are not audiophile earphones so they're not super high end but considering their price point they are pretty great. In the beginning I did notice the vocals were a bit raspy but over time that has disappeared. Probably over time with use

Even with volume at 75% and above for the entire time, I easily made it through a full work day and most of the next
