I Found My Perfect Air Fryer…Almost

 Other units have tilted tops, or controls on the top, and I now shun them. When space is an issue, this seemingly innocuous feature is super convenient.  Cleaning is a bit of a pain, it's like cleaning your oven. This is a challenge with all air fryers

  On this thing's display you get a bunch of little food icons where when you press one, it sets the time and temperature for you. Easy peasy! With any kind of air fryer, you really have to find your groove by trial and error to some degree, and these icons give you a starting place.  We almost never eat meat in our place, with vegetarians ruling the roost. But this thing does a great job on veggie products

A decent air fryer with a "grilling" option

 If cook time is less than 15 minutes, the product is still flavorful and not mushy. Foods in the 30-45 minute + range don't brown much and might be on the slightly lower moisture content but not too dry. Sweet potato fries don't shrink much and actually have better potato flavor than deep oil fryer, but just doesn't have that fried flavor, as well as same for cooked meats. So if you're looking for healthier cooking or timed cooking without having to watch the pan, this is it
