So what's actually happening is that as the ball lands all the pressure is dissipated outward in the foam and not pushing back up as you see over there and that's what causes the bounce. So in a similar fashion when you're sitting on this cushion it actually pushes the pressure outwards as opposed to pushing down and then back up which means that it absorbs the pressure for much longer and makes your seating comfort so much better and the support around your seat that much better for much much longer and these essentially make working from any chair a hell of a lot more pleasurable than if you were just using normal foam products or chairs made with normal foam seating

 So if they fit most chairs as you can see this isn't a particularly big chair but it fits on that very comfortably and as you sit down it starts to absorb as it takes the body weight it starts to absorb and takes the shape of your rear and legs sitting down and once you settle into the right position there's a lot more support and obviously comfort is much better on a pressure absorbing seat cushion such as the Tempur comfort seat cushion.

I do believe now that we're spending a lot more time working from home that items like this are going to become essential for our day-to-day offices, home offices, and whether that be working from your dining room table or whether you have a office chair at home in the study, this is an essential item and it is really important because it is a pressure dissipating cushion. Tempur pedic has always been a company with quality products, imo. I've had a couple of their matresses and they work quite well; until the memory foam eventually breaks down and sags.   I haven't tried a latex seat cushion, but imo, if you want the ultimate solution for an office chair seat cushion, grab an upper back rest cushion from a junkyard and cut it to the size you need. That's what I've done and none of these cushions can compare because the seat cushions in a car are actually made for sitting comfort.

It's molded So I just think about all the times where you have to sit for long periods of time and it's on your body gets Uncomfortable, right? This is very supportive as well as being soft and cushiony So two easy payments of 29 16 for this today the measurement on this Is 16 by 16 so pretty standard seat size Yeah, and then also about two inches deep of that temper material, you know Where else I like to use mine and this maybe some of you can relate at home But when I go to my son's indoor basketball games pretty much the only place for the parents and the grandparents to sit Are the bleachers which are hard. Yeah anything like that and this is so portable Yeah So you can take it sit on it in the car and take it with you when you get out of the car Exactly and take it wherever you need it

 I think this is probably the most comfortable, just immediate feedback. But it's gel. And one of the things that happens with the gel is as it warms up, it really starts to kind of condense down. And I personally felt like I was on the bottom of the chair after maybe an hour or so of time

 Now it's not guaranteed to work for everybody, but these seat cushions that they make could potentially be the fix that you're looking for. And what they basically do is they just sit on top of the chair, they've got a cutout in the back for your tailbone, and they vary in price. So the first one we're looking at is the $33 model. Now these prices do vary on Amazon, but there were quite a few cheap ones

 So this seat pad, this seat cushion is going to wow you. But honestly, for $33, it has pretty good memory foam. Now from my experience with this, it is a bit of a thinner seat pad. And so when we put it on the chair, one of the things that you're going to notice with like a $33 seat pad, it's going to be just a little bit cheaper, of course

Cheap vs. Expensive Seat Cushions (Stop Wasting Money)

I bought 3 different cushions to test sit......

 I would be sleeping in the chair the first few weeks while my arm was in a sling, so I wanted something cushy underneath me. The problem was that the cushion raised me up so high that my arm could no longer reach the armrest of the chair. I don’t advise such a thick cushion unless you have a chair with high armrests.

Nice cushion, but probably not good if your chair has low armrests.
