 And in the case of the firmer version, one could say that it is replacing the Tempur-Contour Rhapsody Luxe. And in terms of how it compares to that mattress, I think the biggest difference would be this speed at which it conforms to your body. The Tempur-Contour Rhapsody Luxe had that classic kind of temperature sensitive material that had that really slow melting into the bed sensation, whereas this new firmer version has a relatively similar feel, could even be a little bit more surface firmness than the Tempur-Rhapsody Luxe. But definitely a much quicker responsiveness, so it doesn't feel firm for long

 So in some cases, that response was very slow, it was a took a little while for the heat of your body to react with the memory foam and cause that adapting to happen. In this case, I feel like they're much closer to each other in that regard. And so that creates more of a similar feel between these two mattresses. And the other thing that creates some similarity and feel is that they both have what we would classify as deeper cushioning, which basically means like more adaptiveness, more conforming, more of that hugged or cradled sensation that you get from sort of sleeping more in your mattress, rather than floating on top of your mattress

 It does not come off, but this top surface cover comes right off and you can throw it in the washing machine and wash it. That, by the way, is a feature that is shared by the ProAdapt models as well. Another unique thing about this cover that is actually shared across all the new Tempur-Pedic models is the material that it uses and the characteristic that it has, which is an inherent coolness to the touch. Mattress is high quality but not really firm

 It is a high molecular weight yarn type fabric that is used in the quilt that is not only a smooth top quilt design but also as I said when you put your hand on it, it feels cool to the touch. This helps you sleep more thermal neutral throughout the night and can actually be felt working even when you're wearing some type of thick clothing like jeans. It did a fantastic job in testing of keeping me feeling thermal neutral as I laid on the mattress and rolled around a bit. The next feature that is nice is this smooth top quilt design

 Our scale goes from 1 to 10, 1 being the most firm, 10 being the most soft. So a 4 is going to be right at that sweet spot cusp of firm but not hard. If you're someone who likes a comfort that feels firm but you don't want something that feels like you're sleeping on the living room floor, this is going to be an outstanding way to go. In addition to it being firm, it's also highly adaptive

 So if you're asleep on one side and movement takes place on the other, you are going to remain undisturbed. Which is great whether or not you sleep with someone who's a light sleeper, you are one yourself, or you just have pets or children that come in and out of bed at night. The support system is the tried and true Tempur-Pedic foam support system. The Tempur-Pedic foam support system offers great lower back contouring, it's very solid support, you can really feel it's got a dense overall feel

 You end up interacting with a lot of firmer portions of the mattress. Not so here on the LuxeAdapt. It's got really thick memory foam layers so it allows you to sink deep into the mattress for pressure relief. I really like this mattress for side sleepers

In terms of a warranty, there is a 10-year warranty, which is the average when we're looking at mattress warranties. Until I got a Temperpedic, I was a side sleeper, it turned me into a back sleeper, I'm so comfortable I basically don't move all night. Two nights, TWO NIGHTS, after sleeping on Temperpedics New Luxe Soft, I've had the best sleep in 5 years

 Well I'm back with a 30-day review of the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt Firm. This is the sheet cover right here and as you can tell you can see where both of us are kind of sleep with our back and our hips hitting down on the mattress. After 30 days I will say that the areas in which we sleep are breaking in meaning that the foam is actually getting softer. I would say that this is a back mattress meaning it's hard to find and be comfortable on the sides

 I have moved to a thinner pillow so I can lay more flat and from my side to my wife's side in the center where we haven't been sleeping all that much you can tell the difference on the firmness of the mattress as it is gradually breaking in. Tempur-pedic LuxeAdapt Firm 30 Day Review

No regrets on this LuxeAdapt Soft mattress!

 So, this is a 90-day review of the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt Firm. Overall, we are pretty satisfied with this bed. We have noticed, though, that we are getting the stuck-in-the-mud feeling on these foam mattresses like everyone is saying. I can say this, I sleep on the left side of this bed right here, and my wife sleeps on the right side

 It is a little softer, which makes sleeping a little bit better, especially on the sides because your hip kind of sinks down a little bit and keeps your spine aligned with your neck all the way down to your tailbone. If I stand on the bed here, you can notice it recovers fairly well on this. My side is a little bit softer because I'm heavier than my wife, and I feel that the foam is actually breaking in a little bit. As of right now, my back problems of my lower tailbone where my sciatic nerve is, it actually feels better

 I am not sure if we're going to keep this bed. We've got another month before we have to make a decision, and we may trade this in for the Tempur-Pedic Lux Adapt Soft. Like I said, I'm not sure on the stuck in the mud feeling, how I feel about that. This is a great overall bed, but for our liking, we have to decide if this is going to be, if we would like it just a little bit more soft

 Again, like I said, this is about 90 to 100 days in, and it is starting to loosen up, but not to the point where we would like it to. All right. Thank you, guys, for watching, and have a great day.
