TEMPUR-Topper Supreme Review - The Best Pressure Relief?

If I did it again I would leave out the 1” HD36-HQ Foam layer above the coils and just buy a 12” topper from SLAB. I think you could easily fit the 13” of layers into a 12” cover given the stretch, and you’d save about $150 from my build. I would definitely leave the bottom 1” Lux HQ-R Polyfoam 1.8lb layer under the coils to protect them from the slats, but you could probably go down to a 1/2” to save some money and make sure it fits

 I called Nest customer service and they outright told me that the reddit post was fake and they used Leggett and Platt coils in their bed. I called the showroom and got the same answer. They told me I was crazy for believing some random dude on reddit, but strangely, were happy to take a return from me. They picked up the bed the next day and I got a refund hours later

This whole thing started because we wanted to upgrade from a Queen to a King size bed. We were super happy with the Zinus + Tempurpedic setup, but we wanted a bigger bed. So it began. We bought a [cheap knockoff bed frame from Home Depot]([URL REMOVED] and then replaced the cheap slats with [custom pine slats from amazon]([URL REMOVED] for \~$110

 They told me I was crazy for believing some random dude on reddit, but strangely, were happy to take a return from me. They picked up the bed the next day and I got a refund hours later. About two days later, the nest ash product page was quietly updated to remove the quantum edge coil system from the specs. This was the beginning of my mattress journey

Okay, I'm going to make this as quick and comprehensive as possible, so here's my list of pros/cons about this topper below with added explanations to the reasoning if you'd wanna get into the review more.  *4/5 stars because the sizing is off and I had to cut the foam to fit my bed. I ordered a full and it came too big for a full, and too small for a queen.*  Pros: 1- It's lightweight and easy to get set up

BEST MATTRESS TOPPER 2021 TEMPUR-PEDIC TEMPUR-TOPPER SUPREME REVIEW - LUXURY COMFORTABLE BED AT HOME

If it's any consolation I'd love to be in your position at this point lol.  I ordered the exact same model bed over 2 months ago and I can't even get them to schedule delivery or even estimate when they'll be able to schedule delivery.  It's been sitting in 'Available for Delivery' status on their tracking website for weeks.  Customer support is 'looking into the issue' and that's all they'll say

My fiancee and I recently opted to purchase our Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze medium hybrid along with a new power base due to their offer of white glove delivery.

1. I called and verified that they would still be offering white-glove delivery with removal of our old mattress and base. I was assured this would be true. I was not told of any restrictions.
2. I used their site chat function to also confirm that our delivery would be done with white-glove delivery with removal of our old mattress and base. Again, I was assured.
3. No where on their site is there mention that white-glove has zip-code restrictions due to COVID-19
4. Both my fiancee and I are vaccinated. Our county is \~2% positive rate daily.
5. All emails from Tempur-pedic list white-glove service.

So now $6900 spent and 1 week later, the base is placed in my house. As soon as it is placed in my house, I am told that in fact, there is no white-glove delivery. I frantically called Tempur-Pedic to find: There is no removal of our old base and mattress. There will be no financial restitution for this inconvenience. There is no effort on Tempur-Pedic's side to ensure they are honest in assessing when white-glove may not be available.

Here I am, messed up back, stuck with a king size Tempur-Pedic and base in my front room and my old mattress/base still in place.

The kicker - if we had purchased from Mattress Firm, they would have set it up no problem, so I am not sure what is preventing Tempur-Pedic from delivering on its promises. I am considering returning and giving Mattress Firm my business.

Tempur-Pedic Bait-and-switched their White Glove Delivery with No Notification

 Hopefully that was a rare fluke. If it does not have literature and is not rolled somewhat neatly and even, might be your best option not to check further bc a pain to get rolled up.  Lastly I was told by a customer service rep at Tempur in Aug 2022 they are out of stock and it is getting replaced with what is called Adapt. He stated it was "a little softer" than the Supreme which seems weird they would discontinue since that has been so highly rated for so many years

 It was more firm This one while probably still one of the best ones seems less firm. Hoping it stays as firm as it is now which I would describe with this particular one, as medium  It does still have padding in between me and firm bed side sleeping pressed in w painful bony hip (about 125 pounds). Yay. It is hot but I really do not have a choice and will put a rotating fan next to bed if need be

 The Truth is this topper just isn't going to be in everyone's budget. Of Course,, there are some more affordable options out there. Additionally, there are no returns or trial periods offered with this topper, so you have to be pretty sure that this is the topper for you before you make your purchase. That Said,, there is a 25-year warranty that comes with this topper, which frankly doesn't surprise me, because it does feel like it's built to last you a good long while

I bought a hybrid bed but it’s too firm. I don’t want a memory foam topper I don’t think. I sleep hot and memory foam in my experience is meh. I’m thinking of a pillow topper, but all the lists I find for “best mattress topper” are paid for by Amazon and just not reliable IMO.

Overall a great purchase

 It comes in a box, it's very easy to unroll and anybody can do it by themselves. You just get a chip right to the door, take it out of the box, boom, stick it on your mattress, and you essentially have a new feeling bed that you can sleep on.
