 The latex is Ecotec certified, so that is even a higher standard. So the foams have basically a good health certificate, it is not going to smell bad when you get it to your home and it will be a safer style of product. This product does come with a 20 year full warranty from Therapeutic, it is not a limited warranty, it is not a prorated warranty, it is covered in full for manufacturing defects for 20 years and it is made in the United States, but more importantly all of the components on the inside are sourced in the Midwest, so everything is completely domestic on this product and this is the Therapeutic Medicoil HD3000 Medium Plush Mattress.

 What this does is provide a firmer edge seating surface but more importantly, when you sleep close to the side of the mattress, it minimizes product roll off so you don't feel like you're going to fall off the side of the mattress if you're an edge sleeper. It is important to note that this foam edge reinforcement is solidly glued into a tub. It's not held together with staples or with fabric so it's extremely durable. The inner spring unit is then placed down into the center of this tub

The inner spring unit is placed down within the perimeter of this edge reinforcement unit and then we layer our comfort layers on top of the product. Now we'll start with two inches of two and a half pound true high resiliency polyurethane foam and that's the deeper upholstery layer of the product. On top of that we'll put a one inch piece of one point eight pound true high density polyurethane foam and on top of that we have the quilt panel which is a one inch piece of one point eight pound high density polyurethane foam, a little softer than the one inch layer that is beneath that

 Support within the mattress itself comes from the HingeFlex inner spring unit from Leggett and Platt. This is knotted on top, double offset, 12 and a half gauge, twice tempered steel, cylindrical in shape but still it has a good high profile. This is the heaviest duty inner spring unit that Leggett and Platt makes for us. I cannot get you better support, you'll never have to worry about wearing out the support of this mattress
