Thule Motion XT Size: "Alpine" Model number: "629506" I have just installed this on my 2020 Subaru Outback. Although the hatchback contacts the Cargo box the door can fully open. The look design is perfect. The size was chosen for the minimum clearance is my parking garage

 It's got that little angle going, but then I always kind of look at my car from the side and also the back as well. I think it looks pretty neat. It looks pretty big up there too even with a bigger vehicle, but at the end of the day there's a lot other options on our site that don't look near as good as the Thule Motion XT. So I'll go ahead and close this box. To close this box I just apply some downward pressure to engage the dual force struts also dual force struts are the same on both both boxes. As I close it both boxes do have a safety feature where the key cannot be removed and until it's safely turned into the lock position and then the key can be removed

 And here we're featuring the large 16 cubic foot boxes. There's also other box sizes among each series of box. So here if you look at the label you can see there is the XL which is the 18 cubic foot box and then the XXL which is a 22 cubic foot box and then a specialty box offered in the Force XT series called the Sport and that's a narrow box. Moving over to the Motion XT you also have a 18 cubic foot box as well as a 22 cubic foot box and an Alpine box and that is a ski oriented low-profile box
