The Tramontina Skillet Enameled Cast Iron 12-Inch is HEAVY! It works well on my induction "burner", Beacon and eggs, so far! You can expect this piece of "heavy artillery" to outlast anything you are cooking on. It looks nice too! Revision Addition 8/19/2022. This is also a BIG skillet. AND the first time I used it, I ruined the "non stick" treatment by NOT following instructions

Heavy, heavy, heavy

We've had this skillet for just under a year & the enamel coating is starting to come off. Does not work any better than a regular cast iron skillet.

Not worth the $

  They claim the picture that I sent them is rust, none of my other pieces have rust. I also live in the desert things do not tend to rust around here.  What ever it is it came in with it, it is getting worse and they want nothing to do with it.  I think I will purchase from other manufacturers from now on

 I seasoned it properly, used it one time to make a frittata, cleaned it well and stored it with a paper towel between it and another pan. Did everything right. Then last night I got it out to make socca and while heating it on medium-high with small amount of olive oil, THE NON-STICK COATING STARTED POPPING OFF! Yikes! this is clearly a product defect and when I went to request a return it says the timeframe for return is expired. Well it is a real shame to throw this in the garbage but I guess that is my only choice

Worst pan ever!

The blue is beautiful and I don't mind leaving this on display in my kitchen. I bought this for bread baking, and it works very well. I can also use it for stovetop. The heating is even, and clean up easy

I have had this pan for at least 10 years and have never had a problem with it.  It is very heavy and well made.  Cooks everything to perfection.  Cleans up easily and I am very pleased with it
