Pullman Pan Cover Instructions: 
1.To remove, after pan has cooled enough to handle, hold pan so that the cover’s edge that curls up is facing you. With the palm of your other hand, tap the curled edge so that the cover slides away from you. 
2. To replace, slide the cover over the top edge of the pan starting with the edge that curls up. Make sure that the cover is pushed all the way on so that the small indentation on the cover locks into place. This will prevent the cover from moving while baking

 No matter what recipe you use, getting the same from the store, will be a cost multiplied by about 4. Flour bought at 2/4$ in 5lb bags is 11cents a cup. 44cents for a 2lb loaf. Add roughly 15cents for the other stuff for a basic white bread and your loaf sets you back 59cents

The perfect pan!  With easy, foolproof recipe for 9" version.

I own several USA pans and love them all! They are high quality, heavy non-stick pans that do a beautiful job when it comes to baking. I would caution however, that they need to be treated delicately because some of my older ones have a few chipped and cracked areas even though I've been careful with them. Do not exceed the recommended oven temperature. My sister has ruined her USA sheet pan by continuously using a higher temp oven than the recommendation

 Baking with the lid off yields a beautifully shaped loaf with straight sides but having the nice domed crown... just like the loaves of bread you buy in the bakery

 I quickly discovered most yeast bread recipes call for either a 9" x 5", or a 8 1/2" x 4 1/2". Unfortunately many of the available pans on the market fall somewhere in between. Then (thank goodness) I discovered this Pullman Loaf pan being 9" x 4" which seemed to split the difference of the two standard sizes. Cool!  Then came my dilemma trying to determine the height of a "standard" bread pan which I discovered is generally accepted as somewhere around 2 1/2"

 Quality material, excellent manufacturing detail, beautiful finish etc.. Even my spouse said WOW when I handed it to her.  You really have to hold one in your hands to appreciate the quality

 this one is pretty expensive!! However when the pan arrived… any and all thoughts of buyers remorse vanished as soon as I lifted it out of the shipping box. This pan screams QUALITY! Not only am I glad it's made in the USA but upon visual inspection it clearly shows the USA Pan company is a professional bakeware company in every sense of the word. Quality material, excellent manufacturing detail, beautiful finish etc.

 Bread comes out evenly browned. I’m not sure about silicone layering on the inside. While it’s new it works great but how long it will last? This is my only concern about this product. I didn’t order a cover because I like natural rounded top on the bread and because it seem to be improperly designed
