First of all, I’m gonna agree with all the 5-star reviews. This comforter is AMAZING, it feels like a luxury hotel comforter. Soft, fluffy, lightweight but warm.  I’ll update the review if anything changes, since it’s not fluffed or anything yet

 We also haven’t washed it, or used it overnight. Hopefully the review stays the same though!  I docked one star because the color is waaayyy more salmon in real life, rather than the pastel or bubblegum pink. It doesn’t match our decor or what we had in mind for it.

Good quality. However, it only has loops in the corners to secure the duvet. Due to the size (queen) it would be more secure if it had loops in the center of each side like my duvet has.

 I decided to take a chance on this particular one as it seemed to be the highest rated by customers and I liked what I saw in the images provided by said customer. If anything, the price was low enough that I wasn't too worried if I didn't end up liking it.  Now I wasn't actually home when it arrived but my girlfriend confirmed that it was very flat right out of the package, as was expected. By the time I got home 2-3 hours later it appeared to be fully fluffed

 So if you are looking for something that feels exactly like down and won't be satisfied otherwise, this might not be for you. However, if you are looking for a good quality, warm, fluffy and affordable priced blanket that will give you that "cloud" like feeling, I think you would be really happy with this blanket.  Again this is my opinion from using it for one night, I can not comment on the durability or longevity of this blanket, but I am hoping that it holds up over time.  **also our cats immediately fell in love with it, it is their new favorite spot to nap

 But if you‘ve had higher quality inserts, you will notice the difference. They’re good, but not in that upper, or even mid, category.

 But these will be on my bed (I bought two) on most nights.  If you can afford the $400 to $500 duvet inserts, I would look in that range simply because those inserts usually have more to offer as far as that luxury feel. But if you don’t want to spend that or $3,000 on an insert, the Utopia more than gets the job done. They’re great for their price range

It hangs over the edges too just enough, not cut off right at the edge of the bed like most comforters

 When I put it back on my bed, I was so in love! It’s so fluffy and soft! I added a picture with my hand over the side of the comforter to show the thickness before I even put it in the dryer. Now it’s about double that size. I’m probably going to end up getting another one in a different color because I like it so much. My husband and son love it too! I hope this helps ease anyone’s mind!

 I have a Belgian flax linen flagstone duvet cover from pottery barn that makes this thing feel even more amazing. I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, with a serta luxury knit mattress topper and jersey sheets from B.B&B with the matching luxury knit serta pillows as well. Needless to say I feel like I died last night and reincarnated myself 😂

This is actually a very nice duvet insert

 It feels like no weight at all, but gives the perfect warmth. If you are hunting for a great duvet insert that makes you want to stay in bed all day and actually gives some loft to duvet coverts, then I highly, highly recommend this one. (edit) I paired this with a jersey knit duvet cover, and it is perfection.
