Vmai 2.1 Channel Sound Bar

All of the remote control buttons work, but each time pressing the ‘Music’ button on it makes a weird screeching sound from the soundbar. The sound volume coming out from the soundbar is impressive, but the quality of the sound is intolerable and it is especially noticeable with any dialogues because all of people sound like they are using a high quality paper-cup phones. It’s a half-baked and needs some fine tuned to be a decent soundbar.

  I have zero regrets within acquiring this audio device; should you be seeking solid-improvement regarding your television audio without spending significant funds, you should consider purchasing.

This soundbar is definitely an upgrade from the integrated-speakers within my Vizio 60" 4K television. The original speakers were adequate, however, lacking much depth and overall clarity, mostly within the lower (bass) regions. Great soundbar, well worth the money invested.

For my uses, this soundbar is definitely worth the money. It's a perfect fit for my Samsung Q60A 43" TV in terms of width. I have it connected via optical and have not tried it any other way. It's "big sound" compared to the TV speakers and I think the subwoofers are very adequate for what I need which is streaming shows

I did plug a CD player, yes I still have them, into it and was pleasantly surprised at the sound

Definite improvement

If you are seeking a budget solution to upgrade from your television speakers, this is a good purchase. I have the sound bar installed now for two days and would make the following observations. The sound quality is good with clear dialogue on both movies and news items. This is a big plus

 The optical digital connection did not work even though I had carefully adjusted the television sound settings in accordance with the supplied manual. The resulting sound was a high pitched screech. The input cables were detached and reinstalled but the result was the same. Rather than contacting the seller, I decided to try the HDMI (ARC) input

It's a Basic Budget unit

I am glad it was cheap, because it is not worth the trouble of returning it. At the input of any lower frequencies it rattles “like aluminum cans in a bag”. This is bad engineering and design from the drivers(speakers) to the most poorly thought out mount hardware ever. The digital inputs do not work as specified

 About the only good thing I can say is the Bluetooth worked. If someone tried to give me one for free now, I would say “No thanks.”
