I have 2

 There is a toothbrush pick, one designed for plaque, and another for braces. Like I said I really only use the three main ones though I can see how the others would be useful.  This looks good on the tabletop and seems to work pretty well. I would recommend to others who are looking to supplement their flossing with water picking

 I would also recommend using warmer water instead of cold.  A full tank lasts about 90 seconds which was more than enough time for me to waterpick all of my teeth. It does take a little getting used to to make sure you don't get water everywhere. Face straight down into the sink and while this may seem somewhat obvious make sure you turn off the waterpick before you take it out of your mouth

 The highest setting won't destroy your gums and actually feels quite good. I recommend putting some mouthwash in there along with warm water. Edit: Took this down by one star. I found out from my dentist that old-school flossing is still better than using this. Floss creates a friction that this doesn't have. :( So I've been using both

You can adjust how powerful you want the spray to be, so for those really tight spots, you'll want to crank it up full blast. (Otherwise, you may have to bring out the ol' dental floss

If you hate flossing, this is for you!

Flosser is powerful. I can only use on a speed of 5 or 6 out of 10 when the flosser insert is used. Toothbrush loiks like a spinbrusg but is NOT a spin brush. I was hoping it would be
