So I preordered the Wyze Vacuum when it was first available to preorder, I got mine a few weeks ago, and it works great, not problems. But today, at my front door was another vacuum. Had my name and address on it, but I did not order another vacuum or contact the company or anything.

It offers superior battery performance, as you can expect a maximum of half an hour of runtime when using it in its default suction power mode. However, running it in its 'Max' power mode drops its battery life to roughly 10 minutes. Performance on low and high-pile carpet is very good, though you may need to make another pass to fully clean very fine debris
