I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

Some people react to latex or to the powder that was applied to the band material to keep it from sticking together. I did not find this non-latex formula to be irritating

Cold air significantly triggers exasperations of my bronchial tissue and it’s actually very painful to breath.

I started MAF training this spring, and I found this significantly eased my symptoms coupled with my normal inhaler regimen.

Aside from wearing a mask or neck gator, which I’m not a fan of either, I find the lower I keep my heart rate, the better my asthma symptoms became. 

I'm asthmatic and I try to run with my dog every other day, only I spend a fair chunk of time struggling to get air into my lungs which means I have to stop and walk a few paces.I take my inhaler in the morning before I go because it's a twice a day inhaler but it doesn't make a difference to me once I'm running. How do other running asthmatics handle this?

 Since I am a senior softball player, my type of exercise is to help me be a strong contender. Softball is too passive to say you are exercising enough to keep the muscles you have.
