Bought this for 2 or 3 overnight stays with work where I needed to carry laptop and chargers as well as a few nights clothing in a backpack which was comfortable on my back. The backpack held 17in laptop and lead, phone charger and lead, usb plug, 3 sets of wired headphones, A5 notebook, toiletry bag for 3 days, 3 shirts, a pair of jeans, 3 sets of underwear including thermal T-shirts, a pair of chukka boots, mid weight mens jumper, pack of masks and wipes, bottle of water, collapsible umbrella, a pair of gloves, a woolly hat and some other stuff like teabags and a collapsible coffee cup. To be fair I was surprised it all got in but it did and then it was also manageable to carry which was also a surprise because, whilst it was comfortable, it did stick out from my bag like I was carrying the large pizza carry bags and this would have been a problem on the underground (although I always carry my backpack on a crowded tube anyway). I am not in the flush of my youth anymore but I still found it okay to carry such a large pack and walked 40 minutes between meetings in London with it without injury or difficulty So this does what I needed: I wanted a backpack (not wheeled case which is too hard to walk around with) which could carry 3 days of work items and clothes and casual clothes, and which was comfortable enough to wear for walking around London
