Water resistant material, great ergonomics and spaces/pockets inside. Feels good on the back too. Best money I've ever spent on a bag.

The only criticism I have is that the interior dividers/compartments aren't particularly set up for my needs. I think I would rather have just one big compartment. The laptop slot was great, though. It fit my big MacBook Pro with no problem

This backpack by Osprey is very well made but keep in mind this is a laptop backpack. It’s not going to take a lot and I am quite disappointed with the size. It’s long but thin. Zipper doesn’t go all around because of the bottle pocket will not allow for this

Oh, and that little slit on one of the straps for a bus pass or credit card or whatever else that fits? Well, I put my bus pass there, but I'm always afraid of it slipping out without me noticing because sometimes when I'm wearing it, the bus pass peeks out, and it feels like it's just a little bit away from falling out. Maybe a zipper or something would've helped with that.

I imagine the carabiner on the right shoulder strap could come in handy to secure it to a chair or stroller when out in public and not wearing it on my back.
