I've always been a fan of my good wired headphones, but I finally broke down and picked up Bluetooth JBL Live 460NC headphones. Quality has come a long way for BT headphones. Happy with that choice. Had to be even better when you step up to something like this Sony over ear headphones

I think the additional connection to the PC adds complexity that needs to be vetted out for seamless functionality for the E285. Final verdict, best to worst: E285, SX4 (killer - no mute function, worse hear-through), QC35II (killers - older BT connection, worse audio, poor ANC). Literally wouldn't buy B700. Sound quality and noise cancelling ability is fine. The headphones itself are too big for my head and are often sliding off, especially if I move or am lying down. The ear muff piece is not as comfortable as I thought it be considering the price of the item.

not as comfortable as some other versions, they did seal out other sounds. 2nd, typical over-ear headphones make my ears sweat and I quickly switch to something else. These didn't seem to have that effect.
