I originally bought this to keep in my personal carryon for flight to Turkey but may just use this for my carryon! The zippers are sturdy and the fabric durable. It comes in lots of colors but I like what I ordered/received. I highly recommend.

the good: it's comfy to wear, and has TONS of space for its size. seriously, i should not be able to fit this much stuff in here. several nice touches like a "locking" side stash pocket with key leash and an integrated carry handle make it super cool. the padded laptop sleeve (in a separate pocket) swallowed 13" in laptop with ease, along with the charger and some papers

We like it as it is light, for the dimensions, for the comfort as it is renforced in the back and for his inside pocket with a zip . The zip pocket is well placed because when you carry your backpack on your back, you can carry your day pack in the front and have easy acces to your keys or money in the zip pocket.

it's just pull folder, there's no house or they lock it and then also on the front it has this small zipper pocket you can fit your phone, your wallet...

I have other Gregory packs for backpacking but did not look at them for commuting bags. Over all I am very happy with the pack and expect to get many years out of it.

I use this pack for commuting by bike. I had last year's and had to exchange it because the Velcro that held the back pad in just fell apart and every time I reached in my hand went back to no hands land. They fixed that with this one, and added an even easier (!) drawstring top, outside pocket, and two inner slip pockets. It's such a great size and is so lightweight

The quality of the construction and the materials are fantastic. It is perfect for carrying stuff to your workouts, commuting, picnics at the park, etc. It is also a wonderful travel bag as a carryon. The laptop compartment is great and there's lots of room for a few days worth of clothes

I bought this to take on my trip to NYC - just needed something lightweight that I could fit a bunch of stuff in (souvenirs, hoodie, etc). It was perfect. And the top closure is nice because nobody could pick-pocket me.

I bought this bag for day hikes, as I've covered more than a thousand miles this year, and my faithful bag from the last ten years is barely holding together. BUT—I picked up this bag in a hurry on my way to work a week ago (couldn't find my regular commuter) and may never go back. The tight laptop sleeve fits my computer like a glove. The front compartment is a perfect fit for file folders and unopened mail

What's nice is these little loops on the outside and I use these for attaching a lot of different things like when we're hiking so I'll use a carabine...

One star off because it is almost the same size as my 32L brand "P" bag and a 32L brand "J" bag but this is supposed to be a 26L. So beware that it may be bigger than you think.

Unlike other reviewers, I find this pack to be in the small side. It's great for quick hikes to hold a small jacket and sandwich, but doesn't hold much more than that. I've been trying to make a crag-bag out of this, but I can't even fit my harness and shoes in here, let alone jacket, food, other gear, etc.

Straps are comfortable and size is great. My only negative is the chest strap - it's in a fixed position that for me rides a bit too high. I would prefer that it could slide lower.

Most backpacks don't have cleaning instructions. However I have to return the backpack because one part of its design does not suit me. The shoulder straps seem to be made so as to fit a person with broader shoulders. Of course when a backpack is filled with items it can fit differently than if it is empty
