Osprey Aether Plus 60 Pack - Men's vs Peak Design Travel Backpack 45L

I'm looking for tips on his/where to pack a larger tent. Me, the fiance, and it two did will be taking a 2-3 day trip out into the national forests up here in Michigan this upcoming weekend. I opted for a four person tent to accommodate the three space hogs, but I'm having trouble packing it where it won't put to much strain on my collarbone.

There is however, an elephant in the room that should be a deal breaker for every sane traveler - this bag is unforgivably uncomfortable to carry; and as that is the core function of a travel bag, I struggle to understand why so many people just gloss over it. It’s brilliant, amazing, oh and it’s a brick that carry’s like someone loaded 70kg into a Kanken and made you carry it. No amount of awesome design and fabulous ergonomics can cover it up - it’s big, heavy and completely over priced.

Compared to my ancient external frame backpack I’ve had for years, this backpack is literally a game changer. The range and ease of adjustability makes it simple to get the fit just right. This is both good and bad because the pack is so easy to carry that I’m no longer tempted to keep the load as lightweight as possible! Yes, there are lighter options out there.
