The other issues is they do not support their own replacement parts. The App says time to replace filters and brushes but when you try to buy replacement parts they have been out of stock for months and tech support cannot provide an eta. Good vacuum but lousy back end support and be carful on solid wood floors, place a plastic or rubber mat under the vacuum before charging

We’ve had the Roborock S7 for 7 weeks on our main floor which is all hardwood and a few area rugs. I’m currently trial running several auto-empty vacs for our upstairs which has our 4 bedrooms and all carpet. Currently a few weeks into the Roomba S9+ with empty bin and let me just say… while it does a good job picking up on our low rise carpet, the app and technology feels about 5 years behind the Roborock tech and app. If anyone cares about specifics feel free to ask but I’m constantly surprised how poor the app and tech work

Sometimes it would barely leave home base. It cleaned my tiny kitchen but, instead of the 5 minutes it usually takes, it took 45 minutes because it did it in circles. It made a perfect quick map but then would only clean in circles. I reset it, No joy

My main complaint is that the dust bin is small and the opening to it gets easily clogged by pet hair. This is a major flaw so I was on the fence on lowering this review to three stars. On my other two Robot Vacs they can go two cleanings usually before the bin needs to be emptied. With the Wyze if I am home I try to stop it half way through the first cleaning to empty the bin because of the pet hair issue

This thing vacuums so much faster and better than the irobot and the mopping feature is amazing compared to the braava m6. It mops and scrubs stains the m6 couldn't in a faster time.

* **No Different suction powers for different rooms**: I can't tell the Wyze vacuum to use "high" power on one room and "low" power on another. * **Annoying "snap to grid" behavior when dividing rooms**: It's hard to make clean 90 degree when separating rooms because the diving lines keep "snapping".

Waiting for this thing to break down which probably won’t be a long time from now so I can purchase a upgraded eufy. Roborock suction isint that great either. I recently ordered a replacement battery for my eufy because the Roborock wasn’t doing a good job and put them to work at the same time for the same amount of time and looked at which one collected more dirt and take a wild guess which one did it better. Yep the less then $200 4 year old eufy

Overall, I feel this is the best “bang for your buck” with robot vacuums. Our old roomba was awful, cleaned in very obscure patterns. More or less, it went forward until it made contact with something then turned and repeated over, and over, and over again until it would die in the middle of the room.

The Roborock S7 has exceeded my expectations plus some! I went from sweeping everyday to about once a week. The mopping function leaves a bit to be desired but thats expected. Overall, this vacuum does what it’s meant to do which is make my life easier. I select which rooms I want cleaned and it does the rest
