 You have to measure the angle separately. I had to extend the base the highest it would go plus add a towel.

 Pro: price, the handle that allows different grips, the large canopy, the handle that goes all the way back to keep the seat from rocking. Cons: the TERRIBLE buckle (plastic and it's really hard to learn to use), heavy, the handle is hard to move. The worst part by far is the incorrect angle/incline indicator. It says that the seat is at a proper incline but it isn't

 To be honest. Don’t wast your money. My son out grew the seat in three months and I can count the number of time we found a use for the giant stroller on my on one hand. I seriously wish I haven’t have wasted my money on this

 It is flimsy at best and I don’t feel well baby will be supported or protective. All of the buckles are plastic which will wear with time providing less strength and support in case of accident. The between the legs buckle has no adjustment so this also limited the fit with growth as noted by others maxing out the shoulder straps. The base does not secure tightly and moves even after tight adjustments into the seat

 Also a second base can only be purchased directly from the manufacturers website and beware that they charge a hefty restocking and return fee of 25%. I guess you get what you pay for. I will be returning and going with a safer brand.
