All in all, I'm still kind of blown away by this bag.

I'd recommend looking into the Boundary Prima system if you want something fairly modular at a reasonable price. I don't personally own this one, but have definitely considered it. I'd also consider the Peak Design Everyday Bag. While not a true rolltop, the mag latch system is unique and acts like a psuedo rolltop.

Works well for longer trips and hikes as well as daily commute. Has a detachable camera bag that can be used as an over the shoulder bag, as a separate compartment inside the bigger bag as well as being attached on the side on the main bag. Also has a really nice laptop case that is detachable. Quality material, really good zippers and overall very well designed.

It’s a little pricey but works quite well as a daily backpack / hiking backpack (only shorter half day hikes though) and is currently on it‘s first onebag trip: a week through Scottish highlands. Until now I am very happy with it, especially the flexibility.
