The problem with their backpacks is the straps. Maybe they break in eventually, but I've done some traveling with the CIVIC 28L, and the foam is just too stiff. Destroyed my shoulder blades compared to pretty much any other bag. No doubt it's incredibly durable, but at least while new, those straps are rough.

\- Nice amount of organization without being overkill. \- Most of all, I really like the way it sits against my body when under-arm (which is my preferred way to carry); This is helped by the shape/size/profile of the bag and ideal handle lengths (not too short, not too long).

I think if you can get the bag you want on sale it ends up being a steal. I got one of their simple rolltop backpacks for sample sale price and it's awesome.
