This bag weighs in at almost 4 lbs empty, so it will really weigh you down once you throw in a laptop, lunch and your EDC kit. Even though I am sure that this bag is very strong as a result, the material is super stiff and doesn't look like it will become more supple over time.

Back pack is made from heavy duty vinyl. Strong and sturdy but is 3.6 lb. feels a bit heavy for general usage. But would be great for heavy duty usage.

Note before you read that I have a large frame, so I gravitate towards larger backpacks. That being said, this bag was a great upgrade.
