Water tastes great and the pitcher design is attractive and fits nicely in fridge, but the spout design is poor and it drips a lot no matter how carefully you pour. I solve this by putting the water in a nice glass pitcher for dispensing. Also while the pitcher holds six cups the area that is filled for filtering only holds about four, so pitcher needs to be filled twice to get six cups filtered. However, I have found similar problems with other brands of filtering pitchers and overall like this pitcher better based on taste

 We are use to reverse osmosis, currently living in an apt due to a remodel, thought we'd get this purifier as it is highly rated. But, I still taste 'something' that I can't quite ID. Somewhat of a saline taste, I think. So, can't say I'm thrilled
