Hi, i want to show you the comfort zone window fan when you don't want to use a big box fan, or maybe a big box fan, does not really fit in your window, especially uh, some small bedroom windows or a door where you have a window in The door, those box fans, don't always work, so this is a great alternative right now i have this mesh on it. You can put that on the front. It might keep some bugs out when you don't have it on or it might catch a little bit of dust. It just goes on with elastic pieces and it clips all around the fan on each side

 If you want to blow air in, if you just want to blow air out, you can turn it on exhaust so that it is taking the air inside your house out, and you have circulate so check it out, get some air moving in your house. This spring 

 If you're worried about having a super tight seal now, this fan also comes with a remote, so you don't have to go, walk all the way across the room and turn it on off or change it. It does have a remote and the remote has a power. A speed, a cool exhaust and circulate so you've got some options here. You can also work it from right here on the front of the item

  PRO/CONS: 1) It's lightweight. This is good for me because I'll be carrying it between rooms/up and down stairs. However, that also means it's likely not going to last as long as it should. If you're intending to install this semi-permanently in a window, I would recommend looking for something a little sturdier

 I immediately moved this fan to an upstairs room and set it to exhaust out a window. I had it on all day and all night, and this morning it STILL smells when I run it. It's a bummer that I have to run it constantly for who knows how long before I can actually use it as a fan.  2) The beep really is infernal

 I thought, there's no way the beep is as bad as reviewers are saying. It's not like it beeps constantly. But - it's that bad. It's worse than you're imagining

 It can cool up a whole room. For that, I do recommend it. I just didn't find it easy to assemble.

Great air flow, frustrating assembly

 But even worse than the loud screechy beep sound is the obnoxiously bright red light when it's on. It's freakishly bright and even startles me if I see it out of the corner of my eye from another room, it's really quite glaring. I keep meaning to put a piece of black electrical tape over it to dull it a bit.  The "circulate" feature (one blowing in and the other blowing out) isn't very noticeable, at least in my kitchen instead of a window

  The beep when buttons/remote is used is a loud screeching kind of beep that makes me understand why other reviewers actually disassembled it to remove it.  Did I mention it doesn't stay in the window? I could have spent half the price of this for a room fan. So yes, it works as a room fan, but I wasn't trying to buy a room fan. Also, before leaving this review I tried to contact the seller and was not able to find any contact info for them

 So I am begrudgingly using it as a room fan using the enclosed feet (which barely stay on the unit). I will say this, the fan itself works fine, I have no major complaints. When I had it in the window for the short amount of time that it stayed in place, I noticed a difference in that room only, but it was not enough to notice at all in the next room. But now that I'm skipping the window, I have put it in a cut-out that connects my kitchen to my entry hall and it works quite nicely there

 Beyond being a Large Hassle to loop those elastic loops arong the secret, hidden points, the included screens also somewhat block the control panel's lights, so it's just better In My Opinion to go without them. Good Idea, Bad Design.  The noise IS obvious.

 companies just don't make appliances to last like in the yesteryears. That review will be posted in the proper place.  Finally, PLEASE take care when unboxing, handling, setting up the side, accordion extentions and installing this fan, I snagged my thumb on a very sharp edge/ corner and that drew blood! -- AGAIN, MANY "farmed-out" manufacturers just don't build/ finish OR inspect many appliances & "durable goods" like they used to.

  The noise IS obvious... but, HEY, It's An Electrical Appliance! -- so there will be some noise -- but we simply adjust the volume of any TV/ Radio/ Conversations going on, during the dark of the days it provides that White Noise & during the sunshiney part of the day, the den helps to smother out that annoying Peace & Quiet of the children playing & screeching at the tops of their Darling Li'l Lungs! in my yards!  I appreciate ANYthing that helps cut my already padded power bills

 it's a big NO for those. I've always use one of those Duck Brand foam sheet filters anyway to cut down on any dust & particulates flowing in and out. This Fan Is (just) Fine...

I bought this fan for an attic window to blow cool air in at night. I really like the options that it has. It blows, reverses for an exhaust, or you can circulate, meaning one fan pushes air in while the other pulls air out. Also, for all of these modes, it has a low, medium and high setting

 I changed this because pushing air is not really what these kinds of fans are for, these kinds of fans are good if you have a room that is unnaturally hot, either from electronics or insulation, with the outside air being cooler than the inside air. Because let me tell you, when it is cool outside this fan DOES do a really good job of cooling down my office. Of course if it is hotter outside you are not going to feel much and the fan will do almost nothing, if you want to circulate the air in a room you should get a standard fan, if you want to move outside air inside then you should get this fan.

At first I was going to give this fan a bad review, because to be honest it does not push air very strongly. Which is strange because I have owned a model from a lower tier by the same company and it pushed air really strongly. All and all its a wonderful fan the remote control and being able to set the time for use is an added plus. There is one thing I am not completely satisfied with which is it being quiet
