 I want to say they're, very lightweight, bendable put them on and still be comfortable I'd have any issues lightweight ankle support. Now I would say these are great for colder fall during light winter, because I barely had these it's not that cold of night. You might be already start feeling warm, but then work, sweaty, they're, very breathable. They have that lightweight insulation and they have Danner's mesh liner, which is waterproof a little good on top of the leather body

So it's really grippy nice and lightweight not too much and they have a TV, a light pencil or is it midsole? So I could handle a lot of impact, so we're going running light weight running on the trail you can handle it

 When I added a piece of moleskin, they are now comfortable enough, although I can still feel that edge. I'm continuing to work the seam, and may put on another moleskin patch. The size was exactly right (for me.) They are light and otherwise quite comfortable

 Pretty comfy, a bit narrow in the toe box, which has caused some pinky toe bruising during break in. Decent, but not perfect. Probably a bit too expensive at full price, but a decent light hiker for town-to-trail use in cooler, wet climates. Hopefully throw box tightness will get better with wear, otherwise they’ll be relegated to casual wear only

 Painfiully tight. I own the Danner Mountain 600 which is possible the most comfortable shoe I've worn of any kind. Trying to repeat this success with any other Danner, even though they share lasts and designs, is impossible. Danner does not make fit consistency through the line a priority

 I got a 12 in this shoe and it was way too big. I returned it and got 11.5. Still too big

Size 12 is more like a 13/13.5. Get a full size smaller.
