I usually have shoes swimsuits hopefully My toiletry kits and things like that so this is gonna be the biggest difference here that you can open up and make one big section whereas here in the backpack version So you have a similar design on the inside you have cinch tabs, which you don't actually have in the rolly bag And you have this little shelf here, which is also built in so you can't take them out But the zipper over here is actually a zipper on the inside. It does not go to the front pocket This is just a separate zipper to put anything that you just might want separate that and keep it flat as well So the inside front is just its own space and then it also has this organizer There's some stuff in here, too. There's this organizer here for your passport and other paperwork things like that, so Why do I like this stuff so much? I think because it's held up so well over the past Many many many years, and I am a sucker for quality if there's anything that you know about Sean and me we are Always declares about quality and so we're willing to spend a little more to get that quality the great thing is These aren't that expensive They are more expensive than your department store buys and your TK max TJ max Ross buys But they're well worth the investments if you travel a lot And we're talking like under two hundred dollars usually and you can find sales or you can wait for sales But that is why I like these so much

 I therefore ended up returning the bag, and deducted two stars from what would have been a 5 star rating.  Two other comments which did not go into my rating. - Although the bag is sized to meet airline carry-on requirements, the side compression straps do not fully compress the top compartment. As a result, if you fill up that compartment you will likely exceed the 9" depth requirement

 Without those fixes I do not recommend purchasing this bag unless you know your total weight will be light or if you are comfortable carrying large heavy weights with just your shoulders.

 However, that holder does not provide sufficient support for a typical .5 liter water bottle so it was useless  If eBags would enhance the waist strap and strengthen the sternum straps I would gladly purchase this again. Without those fixes I do not recommend purchasing this bag unless you know your total weight will be light or if you are comfortable carrying large heavy weights with just your shoulders.

  Unfortunately, in actual use the bag failed me in two critical places: 1. The waist strap provides no weight support at all (as any good hiking backpack would) 2. The sternum strap is only attached with a compressed metal fitting that pulled off during my first use.  As a result of these two deficiencies, all the weight of the bag ends up on your shoulders, so it is not usable carrying any significant weight -- e

Ebags has some new travel bags...

A bit too roomy for me

 There is a little carabiner type buckle down here. You can unhook them and then you can tuck them away inside here if you would like. So for instance, if you have to roll their wheels on the bottom or it also comes with a strap so you can wear it across your back or your shoulders like a duffel bag. There's also a handle on the side that you can use to just carry it because that's what's easier for you

There are four of them, two on each side and that is used to help cinch the bag together

 I also have the straps inside here. This is a chest clip so if you are using it as a backpack into that extra support, that's what this is for. and I just store it right in here so that I always have it with this bag. And now the last I mentioned before, you can easily unhook these

A few requirements:

- full zipper to fully open the bag
- 40 liters max, or accepted as cabin luggage (she won't be checking in any bags)
- Ideally a light and duffelbag like material
- can be worn as a backpack but has wheels in order to be pulled like a traditionnal trolley bag
- waist strap if possible

Perfect bag for my digital nomad mother (72 yo)

2019 Model - Improved?!? - You Decide

 so over Packers we got to stick together right if you over pack and you have too much stuff in here. The cool thing is you can actually strap it down so you'll see that there's straps on both sides so you got straps here and straps back here as well so you can actually stuff that down a little bit more. Works really well, especially if you have like clothes things that are easy to squish but you can use this as a carry-on and put in overhead bin.  You can see there's mesh here so you won't get sweaty. Really good on my back. I Have a bad back so I was really happy that these straps were so good and comfortable. There's also a waist strap I didn't use that too much

 there's a lot of zippers, a lot of compartments, and a section for just about anything you could want. So just on the outside of the bag, there's a couple different handles, one on the front, on the top and on both sides. so it's really easy to grab the bag out of a overhead compartment. For example, there's a little pocket in the front here and a bigger pocket which actually opens up to a lot more pockets
