We ordered this for the 2018 - 2019 school year and after 2.5 months of use, it already needs to be replaced! The smiley face velcro broke within the first week (it's now held together by safety pin), and now I've noticed that the pack strap is actually pulling away from the body and about 1/2 of the stitches are gone. Is it to late to return this cute piece of junk!?
