 I was a little bit unsure how to use this, so what i tossed in here was something like my kindle e-reader. I also threw in a full-size moleskine notebook, and then the last item that i tossed in here is my matador. Packable blanket that i like to have with me for when i'm eating outside the next area that we're going to take a look at is the laptop compartment, and i really like how wide this compartment opens. The zippers go all the way down

 Again, that's just my personal preference and so jumping in on the front. You have a quick access pocket near the bottom. It has a zipper that opens up nice and wide, so you can get a good view into everything. That'S in this pocket - and i do like that this compartment has some volume, so you can toss in bulkier accessories when needed

 You just have one mesh zippered pocket here on the back, and this lays pretty flat. It does have some volume, but i wouldn't put anything too bulky in here just to not create any bulging for anything that i place in here, i like to keep everything pretty flat, so the only thing that i tossed in here is just a little wireless charger With its cable that i like to have with me, particularly if i'm staying at a hotel, you just place this at a nightstand. So that's the only thing i have in there, but still a nice amount of space and if you don't want to use it just kind of stays out of the way so really love these simple layout and space offered in this main compartment and throughout the rest Of the bag can really hold a ton of stuff. I, like the aesthetic that it has and if you're looking for a durable and spacious everyday bag, that can also work for minimal travel, and this is going to be a good option to take a look at and so to wrap up

 The compartment comes up a decent amount, so if you happen to have a thicker device, it should be able to fit in here. Okay, there's no sort of fleece lining on the inside, which would have been nice to see and again i do wish that it had been pulled up a little bit more, but it still feels like my device is going to be pretty well protected, while i'm running Around throughout the day, the last area that we're going to take a look at is the main compartment, and so this is a top loading bag. But i like this panel style opening, as it gives you a lot of visibility into the main compartment and at 26 liters of volume. This is a ton of space or anything that you might want to carry with you, as you can see here, even with the items that i normally pack for my edc, i had plenty of leftover space at the top

I returned this bag. This bag feels very cheap. Nothing like I would expect a $225 bag to feel. I have seen $50 backpacks that feel more durable

 The fabric that overlaps the main compartment zipper only makes it harder to open. I travel 100,000 miles a year for work and there is no way this will hold up to that. It may be a good bag if your commune is from your house to your office by car. If it cost $70 I may have kept it but the value is not there at $225

 The main compartment zipper is very stiff, especially around the corners. It is difficult to open with 2 hands let alone 1 hand. The fabric that overlaps the main compartment zipper only makes it harder to open. I travel 100,000 miles a year for work and there is no way this will hold up to that

 The straps are not comfortable and are rather thin. The mesh on the straps appears delicate and easily damaged. The leather handle at the top of the bag is not double-stitched, none of the other seams are either. The only double stitching on the bag is for the zippers

Disappointed, it feels like a cheap bag

 Large number 10 YKK zips on the side, pull it open, and this is a really well done laptop compartment. If I haven't said enough about this bag, I like the fact that it zips all the way down, but Filson actually gusseted the sides, so it kind of opens up like this. I stuck in my 15-inch shell XPS right here in the back now. The laptop compartment is suspended off the bottom

 It has a document sleeve on the other side, where I stuck in my little document protector, but there's a lot of space. I can see there's a teacher using this. You want to take home. You know your papers that you're grading or professor definitely

 They didn't go big and bold, which fulson really never does so. The first pocket you get to on this bag is the admin section, so you can open it up very smooth, zippers YKK zips. I think this is a number eight zipper right here and you get another a leather lanyard pull which makes it really easy to get inside of the bag, see how fast I'm doing that. So, let's open it up

 So all that fits in there and you can kind of see that you got a lot of space inside of this bag 25 litres. But this is a good use of 25 litres. I like the way Filson did this only thing that probably could have improved. It is made in the bad, a full clamshell, now we're getting to the final pocket on this bag, which Wilson did include a laptop compartment

 If you like, saving money, it's way cheaper. If you like, more compartments, uh, better functionality, keychain the ability to attach it to luggage the greater ease of shoulder, strap adjustment, exterior water bottle holders. A much sturdier grab handle the ability to attach a sternum strap to the shoulder straps the ability to carry more than one laptop, the ability to keep your laptop separate from everything else in your bag and more colors. The both bags come in green and tan, but only the dryden comes in this black color, which they call dark navy

 You'Ve got this. You'Ve got a sleeve here for a laptop, and also this main one back here and a bit of velcro to secure the laptop where it is this nice little velcro tab the main compartment here. It only opens up three quarters of the way. So it's not like a full clam shell um, but it's very, very roomy and you've got like a nice zippered compartment in here as well, and then you got this extra pocket here above the front pocket, which i really like is an extra feature

 This one has just one big interior compartment with a padded laptop sleeve and also a couple of shallow water bottle holders here that i just used to store my glasses cases like i don't love the idea of a water bottle. Next to my laptop there's, also a zippered pocket here that you can drop some stuff in and there's also this front compartment here, which is very nice and very big, and it actually is a bit gusseted. You see, it expands outward like that. These clips on the sides, so it's actually very roomy

 They don't expand really very much like it's like they eat into the space on the inside when there are water bottles in here, but at least these water bottle holders are not sharing space with your computer, which makes them more practical. I think, in my opinion, the dryden's laptop sleeve, meanwhile, is in fact an entire new compartment on the side right. It opens up like this. It'S gusseted and it also can fit two laptops

This is perfect for that. I love that it holds its shape, and you can set it on the floor and it will stand up, making it easy to unloading and repack.
