What are my final thoughts about the Garmin Foreigner 255 after using it for the past few weeks? Is it worth getting? Is it worth your money?

Especially HIIT exercise. For something like a long or recovery run I sometimes purely use a wrist monitor though and it's decently accurate. My Forerunner and Galaxy Watch are typically pretty close to each other in HR. As far as distance goes, both watches are typically within 0.01-0.02 miles of each other, which is expected due to how GPS polls data.

No issues with lighting at night nor when sleeping. The battery is also very good. Charges fast and lasts a long time. Never had it go to 0 but I think I've used it about a week without charging so far.

Well, it finally happened... my ol' reliable Garmin Forerunner kicked the bucket today after nearly 8 years. Up until this point, I've just had this watch for my running and workouts; it's a very ancient model, so much so that I forget which specific one it is. I'm an avid runner who trains regularly for half marathons and such, so being able to reliably track my running is of an upmost importance.
